• easy access on and off the interstate
• breakfast not included with stay - costly to eat at hotel

“Overall the hotel was a good bargain if you only need a place to sleep. Had to travel several exits to find decent meals.”

• the internet never did work for me even after about 45 min with the help desk of the internet company.

• unbelievably comfortable mattresses, and tastefully decorated rooms

“I was very impressed with how clean and attractive this hotel was. Although it was located off a major highway, I heard no auto related noise. The beds were more comfortable than my pillow mattress at home. I would stay there again.”

• Right off the highway and very close to the airport - price was a great deal!
• Nothing - would stay there again anytime.

“Very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Limited cafe service, but there is a regular Marriott and a Hilton Garden Inn directly across the street within walking distance with full service restaurant and lounge. Very good value and might be higher than the 2.5 stars you advertise.”

• The hotel was too far from the airport and the expected shuttle was not available. Very inconvenient.

“The hotel was very nice but too far from the airport. We were expecting shuttle service to and from the airport as advertised, but found on arrival that this service was not provided on the weekends.”

• convenience, cleanliness & cordiality, not surprising in a Marriott

“the best way to compliment an early flight out of Bradley Airport is to book an overnight 10 minutes away! Free airport shuttle and complimentary parking while vacationing couldn't be better! Staff is top notch and the full service Marriott hotel is across the street for dining options. . .”

• The accommodations were top notch all the way.
• It was hard to get to. The directions I had to the hotel were not accurate.

“The staff of this hotel were very accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay here and also stayed on our return (departure flight) leg of the trip.”

• Extremely comfortable hotel room. Very nice hotel.
• I liked everything at this hotel.

“The Courtyard by Marriott in Windsor, CT is a very convenient and comfortable lodging facility. The hotel staff are well trained and perform their jobs flawlessly. The hotel looks to be newly renovated and the rooms are very clean, quiet and very, very comfortable. I hope to stay there again soon. Thank you.”

• the room was so comfortable, I really enjoyed staying there
• I tried to call the front desk and the phone just kept ringing and ringing

“It is a beautiful hotel, with friendly staff. The bed we had was so comfortable it felt like I was sleeping at home. I would definitely stay there again in the future.”

• Appreciated being treated like a full paying customer.
• No direct line in the baggage area, yet Marriott and Fairfield were.

“It was a great stay and the warm out-of-the-oven cookies weren't back either. The USA today paper delivered to the room was super. Our flight was early but the coffee bar was supplied even though it was too early for the breakfast buffet.”

• Very clean and convenient access to near by airport
• The heat control did not seem to work properly

“Overall this was a nice hotel. For our short stay we really could not take use of all of the amenities. Restaurant staff was extremely helpful.”

“Great hotel: good pool, good courtyard, clean, fairly new rooms. One caveat: the breakfast buffet does NOT come with the room. I am so used to free buffet set-ups in the hotels I stay at that I urged my party of six to dig in, only to find out breakfast costs more than $9 a person.”

“The Courtyard Hartford is always a great place to stay while visiting customers in the area. It is conveniently located and easily to get to from the airport. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location to any business traveler staying in the Hartford area.”
