• Room service was fabulous!
• Housekeeping at 4:45 pm.

“Trying to get ready for a wedding while housekeeping was trying to freshen up the room was frustrating. But I guess my overall experience was very good. Housekeeping got a very small tip {$0.00}.”

• Loved the bed and the excellent customer service.
• The pool was cold.

“We had an excellent stay at this Marriott. It was clean and very well furnished. We actually stayed on the concierge floor and the room was very nice. The buffet breakfast in the lobby restaurant was also delicious. There was also a nice coffee bar available in the mornings. Customer service was wonderful. Upon check in, the staff actually came around the front desk to give me my keys and show me directions. And then a courtesy call was made to our room to check that we got the air mattress we requested. Such a pleasure to receive such nice service. The only drawbacks that I can think of is that the pool is quite on the chilly side (but did not deter the kids) and there was no hot tub. The exercise facility was first rate!”

• Front desk staff excellent service and more.
• No public Jacuzzi - swimming pool small and crowded at the time of our stay.

• It was very pretty and clean, staff were wonderful.
• While showering the bathroom floor got wet with mist due to no vent fan.

“Easy access on/off the highway, very pretty lobby and common areas, clean and well appointed rooms.”

• Very elegant and exceeded our expectations. Have never stayed at a hotel so luxurious.
• Pool was not heated well and the floor was dirty.

“What started as a night away from the kids turned into a romantic night with a lovely meal and Champaign! It made our anniversary so much more special.”
