• I was able to check in late because
  I was running severely behind schedule.
• My room smelled like smoke. This is really annoying in a completely non-smoking hotel.

“The lobby area and public facilities are actually OK. Not quite modern and updated -- I think they need to remodel the hotel. But when you get to your room, its a different story. My room smelled like smoke. That's really annoying for a completely non-smoking hotel. They did have a sign that said they would charge you $100 or something if you did smoke inside the room. Great, so at least the hotel made a little extra money off someone's addiction. But that doesn't help me. It was also in desperate need of updating. The window-mounted heater/AC was right next to the desk. So of course you need to turn on the heat right away because it's been off all day to save money. But don't expect to get work done because the heater/AC unit will be blowing on your face. The sleep number bed was an interesting feature. I didn't get to use it much but I would say it seems like a nice bed. Also, beware of the parking lot. Apparently there has been a lot of break-ins with GPS units stolen etc. They post warning signs at the front desk.”

• Nice size room, clean.

“Overall it was nice, clean, friendly, etc. However, there was no control over the air conditioner which was necessary. We had to sleep without the covers because it was so hot. I called the front desk and they said the control was on the wall, but it was not. They sounded unsure.”

• It was in a good location.
• Everything else. The heating/cooling unit did not work. The toilet leaked.

“I have stayed at this hotel before 2 years ago. It appears that they have done no upkeep since then. The heating/cooling unit did not work. When I complained they said they did not have any other unit available for my booking range. The toilet had a slow leak. And the shower ran out of hot water after 10 minutes. The carpet looked pretty run down as well. The beds were very comfortable.”

• We were impressed from the moment we walked in. We were expecting a 3-star and got a 4-star. This hotel is under-rated.
• Our waitress for dinner did not meet the class of the hotel; she was very loud & outspoken. We wanted a romantic, quiet dinner which she ruined.

“First class appearance; first class room; good food for dinner; need a better choice of wines; good breakfast buffet; all food was reasonably priced; I brought my bathing suit so I could go in the whirlpool spa, oops, they didn't have one; no changing rooms located by the pool either.”

• Lobby was beautiful. Pool was very welcoming. Room was quiet.

  was old and a pain to use, screen was very dark. Very small bathroom. chair for desk uncomfortable.

“At first glance the lobby was very welcoming and beautiful combined with a elegant yet very expensive restaurant and fun little store. I was very surprised however to see that the TV inside the room was fairly old with an unadjustable brightness which kept it too dark to watch much with the light on. The bathroom was very small as well. I was expecting personally something to lay in for a bathroom (nothing fancy but even a shower consumed lots of space) but to my disappointment it was not possible. I will say though that the beds were very comfortable and the Internet quick. The chair for the desk however was uncomfortable and had no limit to how far back you could lean and would not allow adjustment. This led to scary encounters with my head facing up. There were two distinct pipes hanging into the room as well that was a bit of an eye sore. Last the air conditioner was a huge turnoff as it was never able to get the room just how I wanted. It was either too hot or too cold because it would not set to a particular temperature. Overall I had a pleasant visit but was very disappointed with the star rating and the quality I was expecting when I've been to lower class hotels and received much more in return.”

• Very big and very clean, especially for a 3 star hotel. Was expecting less but got more!
• It was a lot further from the heart of the city than I thought it would be.

“Upon entering, we were surprised with how big it was. It was also very nice. Service was very friendly and the room was nice. Only two bad things: our tub had a few inches of water in it when we entered the room, and the breakfast buffet wasn't very good.”

• The sleep number bed was very comfortable.
• Bathroom needed updating and was not very clean.

• A bottle of water every day, free refrigerator in the room, free paper, sleep number bed.
• The bathroom door hinged inward so was always in the way, reduced the available space. The bi-fold closet doors were also a problem.

“Very nice inside, did not have a chance to use the pool. There is plenty of parking space and maneuvering room to get our work trailer in and out.”

• The location is nice and the pool (indoor and outdoor) is great as well.
• The rooms just aren't as clean as I would like. There is cobb webs in the window areas and the carpet looked like it could use being cleaned and vacuumed.

“Overall it is a decent hotel. Some heavy cleaning would be nice which is understanding of the volume it does. The carpets in the rooms need a good cleaning and to be vacuumed behind furniture and under things on a regular basis. The ceilings and window areas could use a dusting to get rid of the webs. Thank you!”

• We did not like the sleep number beds. The bathroom had a previous guest's hair all over it. The breakfast buffet was just ok.

“It took 2 visits to the front desk and a talk with a manager to get our bathroom cleaned. One of our rooms had an unpleasant odor and 3 of our party had to move to a room on another floor. There are only 4 handicapped spaces in the parking lot. One car in our party had a handicapped tag but was never able to get handicapped parking. This was very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The room was fairly outdated, the bed was the only nice feature about the room.

• One of the Sleep number beds wouldn't stay inflated; It sank down all the way.

“Friendly staff, really nice, clean rooms and a nice pool for kids. I would definitely stay here again if it weren't for the horrible sleep number beds. My partner and I couldn't find any number that worked. He ended up sleeping in a separate bed. His sleep number bed somehow got unplugged and completely deflated. Those beds were a nightmare.”

“Surprised by the interior and the level of accommodations. Great room, very attractive. Indoor and outdoor pool. Public spaces beautiful. Bar open with an extensive menu at night so I never used the dining room. Fast elevators. Free parking. Easy access from road. Will stay here again.”

• In my opinion, the hotel was very clean, comfortable, quite, and the food portions were a good size and very tasty!

“My husband and I was celebrating my 31st birthday and wanted a night out away from the kids. The Radisson was an excellent choice because the location was close to home but far enough to feel away! The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a "homier feeling" to it. Room service was an additional plus. The crab cakes was delicious and surprising the portions were huge. We didn't experience any loud noises or discomfort. I would love to come back and recommend this hotel to others.”

• When we arrived in our room the smoke detector was chirping. It was taken care of quickly.

• The sleep number beds with down comforters were very comfortable and cozy.
• They hotel was not nearly full, but they would not give is a king room, only two double beds were available.

• Very helpful staff and pretty clean.
• Asked for sheets to be changed on second day but they just remade the bed with same sheets.

“The Radisson was a very nice hotel but the second day of our trip I asked for the sheets to be changed on the beds and they were not. The housekeeping did not even properly restock our supplies this day. Maybe they just had a poor staff working this day because the rest of our stay was excellent and well kept. Also for the price they should include free breakfast.”

• There are no smoking areas designated for smokers. One must go outside, not cool.

• The hotel staff was friendly.
• We requested something from guest services and waited over 45 minutes for them to come.

“This hotel was a nice looking hotel and the staff was friendly. They treated us great which was nice considering we were traveling with two small children. The room service was great as well as the food. The only two complaints I have about this hotel is that we requested extra pillows from guest service and after 45 minutes of waiting we had to call and cancel because we were ready to go to sleep and it took awhile for the water to get hot in the room.”

• More than the Asics were provided.
• Cant think of a thing.

“Excellent facility in great shape. Friendly and attentive staff. Very accommodating for older family members (my mother) and younger ones (my 3.5 year old). I strongly recommend this hotel!”
