• Location was perfect - room was very clean and pretty updated in decor - pool was great because it was right in the middle of a restaurant bar.

• Condo facilities were excellent.

“This was a 2 bedroom condition that was spacious, clean and right off the beach. Nice pool good restaurant facilities. Centrally located.”

• Super low-key resort/condo; great Gulf view & access.

“We would return in a heartbeat. Staff was very good, providing requested assistance within minutes. Our 1 bedroom condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We really loved having the 25 foot screened porch overlooking the gulf combined with the two sets of 8 foot tall sliding glass doors that allowed us to feel that our bed was almost on the beach.”

• Grounds are not well lit at night.

“Nice place to stay for vacation. Pools are well maintained and staff is friendly. If you don't want to go out and eat every night, stop at Jerries for your food and cook in. Then enjoy the sunset on the beach.”

• The room decor was a bit outdated.

• Staff was very friendly and hotel was much nicer then advertised.
• Nothing.

“The sundial greatly exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculately clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely go back to this hotel.”

• It is on the beach.
• Ants in bathroom, bedspread not in good shape.

“The room we stayed in was a condo. When we arrived there was no toilet paper and no instructions were in the room as to how to contact the front desk. The bathroom had ants and the bedspread was old. The tandem bike we rented was broken and the hotel staff was not very helpful.”

• Location at the beach.
• Room needed updating, clock didn't work, and bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

“Friendly staff and good location, but the room itself were tired and in need have worked. Probably ok for a family with kids, where the kitchenette would be useful. Not as clean as I expected.”

“The room was in a great location and the room was clean and beautiful. The hotel is older, but that really did not detract from the location of the hotel.”

• The housekeeping staff was wonderful. They even folded my clothes!

“The hotel was clean and well maintained. We received an upgraded room without asking. Housekeeping was fantastic, and even folded clothes left on the bed. We wished that there were more umbrellas and chairs available for guests though.”

• The room was fantastic, as was the service. There are many things for the kids to do. We'll go back, and tell others!
