• The staff were very helpful and accommodating - awesome!
• Rooms seemed a bit unkept - not dirty - just was not great.

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was right off the interstate and had a nice pool and continental breakfast. We were very pleased.”

• Very friendly and accommodating staff, the continental breakfast was good.
• The pool had a salty taste to the water, thought I was swimming in the ocean.

• The room.
• Noise everywhere, pool lacking.

“This was the nosiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was a girl's softball staying there and the staff did nothing to attempt to control the noise. I hope I never stay in this hotel ever again.”

• The hotel staff was very accommodating to our family.
• It is fine for single people, but does not allow for families to book hotels.

• They would not adjust the reservation from one bed to two without a charge.

“The hotel itself was fine, but they would not comply with our bedding requests. Wonder if I was traveling with a friend, I would have had to sleep with them or in a chair or on the floor.”

• Quiet.
• I entered I wanted a smoking room & this hotel was a no smoking hotel.

“If I would have had more time and would have known this hotel had a pool, hot tub, and a work out room. I would have used more of the facilities.”

• Nice environment, close to restaurants, free breakfast, clean rooms, close to family.
• There was nothing. It was really good.

• Breakfast bar worker scolded us.

“Basic short-stay hotel. All non-smoking rooms. The bed was so soft it sagged, and we joked about trying to make it firmer by stacking the other mattress on top.”

• The pool was too cold.

“The first day we checked in the hotel had been without hot water for 3 days and no one informed us before we checked in. But the staff were very accommodation so once the water was fixed we stayed another night.”

• I enjoyed LEAVING this hotel-- it was disgustingly dirty.
• Dirty carpet, beds; mattresses stained and ripped on sides (no dust ruffle); suffocating smoke odor in room and hallways; broken glass picture frame.

“We left and took the loss on this "hotel." I deserve a refund on this one!!! The room was dirty, air was unclean, and room was unsafe (broken glass in picture above bed). Attendant refused to let us move saying they were "sold out"; I believe this was a lie because the Marriott website still showed availability.”

“Beds here are AWFUL! I've never stayed in a Fairfield where the mattresses were about 4" thick at that. Terrible. Staff was great, nice friendly folks for sure. The bathtub was VERY slippery, dangerously so in fact.”
