“During a five night stay, I moved into three different rooms because of dirt, insects, and diesel trucks running outside room at night.”

• My son woke with > 200 bed bug bites, and management has not been available, has not even returned calls!

“Bed bug bites (>200) on my son override the friendly staff. My son is still uncomfortable to enjoy the rest of our vacation.”

• The Manager in the lobby.
• Paying for WI FI.

“The living quarters was far too cramp. Every door struck the bed when opened. The bed was comfortable though. Work area far too cramp. Bathroom huge, great amount of space wasted. If you're an IBS sufferer you'll love this room, otherwise you'll be extremely claustrophobic. No amenities with the room: no iron, hair dryer, work space, coffee maker, continental breakfast, cookie, etc. Just an alarm clock and a TV with a fuzzy picture.”

AC that is either on or off and therefore difficult to control temperature.”

• Free coffee/hot chocolate, great king bed, clean rooms, friendly staff.
• Upgrade your vanity samples - better shampoo, conditioner and more tissues (not just a small pack).

“We stayed at the red roof inn in tm. Pleasant, sc recently and this was our first time staying at this hotel. We found the rooms to be clean, orderly, and in very good condition. This hotel has been recently renovated and updated, so we were please to find that a 2-start economy hotel was available in an area of tm. Pleasant that has high-priced hotels. ”
