• too expensive, even as a pricelined bid room
• too expensive at $55. this was equivalent to a Motel 6 in comfort

“If you have to stay in Mt Dora, the only thing that recommends this hotel is it sits next to a bar that you'll want to get drunk at before going back to your room.”

• Quiet, good food next door.
• Carpet was aging could be replaced.

• Spacious.
• Roaches.

“I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. When I spoke to the manager about people banging on my door at 1:30 in the morning and the screaming and yelling for hours afterwards and the roaches I continued to kill during my stay they did nothing that evening or the next day to compensate me for my horrible experiences. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, ever!”

• Fridge and microwave in room.
• The room was dirty and smelled terrible.

“It seems when you purchase a room on line with someone other than the hotel they get an attitude. When we tried to ask them about triple. They told me to get with the person we ordered the room with they couldn't do anything. It seemed like we were rushed through and not properly greeted.”

• Lake, extra space, couch, with extra TV.
• Distance from town, not clean enough.

“Pretty lake view, breakfast fair-needed more space to sit down. Bath floor should be cleaned, swept etc.”

• Close enough historic Downtown Mt Dora.
• Very poor housekeeping.

“Dirty and spotted mirror above sink. Only two tissues left in dispenser, towels like sand paper, spider on my bed, Spider nest in corner where two walls meet, cheerios under dresser, cobwebs around light fixtures, only stayed one night, did not have the energy or desire to deal with front desk late at night - will not stay there again.”

• It was very clean.
• Our room faced a restaurant that was a little noisy.

“We had a great time. The clerk, who checked us in, went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great value.”

• Can't think of anything bad.
