• Room was nice, more than I needed.
• I wish they had an ice machine. There was ice cubes (2trays) in our fridge.

“very clean, everything you need. fridge, microwave, stove top, all utensils. very clean and nice room. i would def. stay there again. modest rooms at a modest price.”

• The location was very convenient and having a kitchen in the room saved us money from eating out all weekend.
• The beds were kind of hard and the sheets were kind of rough, but you get what you pay for.

“It wasn't the nicest place we have stayed but it was cheap and a decent place for the weekend.”

• The front desk called to ask how we liked our room.
• They are remodeling.

“They were very accommodating and very nice. They are currently remodeling but made sure to keep us away from where they were working. They called to ask us how we liked our room, which impressed me. The rooms were very nice and very clean. I was very happy.”

“Generally nice hotel for a 1 night stay. Beautiful large room with a fully equipped kitchen. Staff was very unfriendly and rude-very poor English and we could hardly decipher what he was saying. Did not like that hotel was non smoking and my husband and I both smoke.”

• Spacious room.
• Bed was hard as a rock.

“Would be good for business travel with the kitchenette. Full size refrigerator was nice. Definitely only room for 1-2 people because only 1 queen bed. Spacious room though otherwise. We fit in an air mattress. One of the people at the front desk wasn't so friendly though (not mean, just not friendly), but the other the next morning was great. Bed was hard as a rock though so did not sleep well. Would have been easier with the vanity outside the shower/toilet area, being that there were 4 of us. Especially since there was no restroom in the lobby. Key cards to get into rooms needs to be updated. We could not get ours to work at first and needed to get hotel staff help. All in all, no complaints for the star-level and the cost. It was to be expected.”

• It was very clean and had recently been upgraded.
• Lobby was small and not very attractive.

“It filled our need while in the Pittsburgh area and was real close to shopping and the PA Turnpike. I would stay there again, if the need came up.”

• I liked the kitchenette, I wasn't expecting that.
• It smelled a little funny.

• It was clean and comfortable and has a very good location.
• We used a side door because it was closer to our room. There was some questionable activity (a woman hanging out with very little clothing, etc).

“I think the best way to review a hotel is the question, would I stay there again? Yes, I would. It was clean and right by Primanti Bros.”

• Close to Red Lobster.
• Floor was under renovation.

“I think it will be a lot better when the renovations are done. What they did was stuck us on a floor where they were painting and carpeting, etc the lights were hanging open out of the fixtures. Our room in itself was good but the surroundings was terrible.”

• Facilities, kitchen, etc. Location was excellent.
• Hotel staff put a sign up and we had to wait to check out.

• Immaculate, very clean.
• Beds were too firm, not comfortable.

“I would highly recommend this hotel for ease at check-in, cleanliness, location, friendliness. Only drawback was a rock hard bed. I had trouble getting comfortable.”

• Very bad hotel experience.
• The room appearance & cleanliness was unacceptable, the room had a bad smell, hair on sheets, and hair on bathroom floor.

“Unsatisfactory with the cleanliness of the room, I travel to PA at least once a month as well as my family, I would not recommend anyone to stay at the Extended Stay. I was told that the rooms are cleaned only twice a week.”

• Lazy-boy-type chair; microwave, frig, stove, dishes, silverware. Windows opened. Lots of channels on tv.
• Crazy toilet; hard to flush, like on a spring.

“The hotel room was very clean and well appointed. Windows that open was a great plus. The only problem is the town it happens to be in, Monroeville, PA. The traffic is constant gridlock. You have to wait forever to turn from the side street onto the town's one main street. I'd love to come back to the hotel if it were in a different location.”

• Room right beside the stair well, fridge, microwave, and range.
• No lights on at check-in, heat off, and fridge set to warmest setting.

“Decent facility, skimpy on room prep. They leave the heat off and the fridge on the warmest setting so the food you'd refridgerate stays at almost room temperature without adjustment, and the room is almost unbearably cold for the first hour or so after you arrive. You should enter the room, adjust the heat/air and the fridge, then do your shopping for the next hour before you return...”

• It has stove and micro oven, that's good
• It's difficult to find and the air conditioner is too noisy.

“If you plan to stay several days here, probably it could be a good choice because it's made like an efficieny. But if it's for business and only one day stay,it's not a very good choice. And they charge additional money for internet access. This is the thing I hate.”

• Hotel was very nice, plenty of parking, room was great!
• Hotel is set back from the main road, might be a little difficult to find.

“Stayed overnight, if I had more time, I would not have minded staying a few days. Room had kitchen facilities, and was located very close to Pittsburgh, and on a main shopping strip. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Key did not work to let us in the hotel after 11:00pm.

“Hard to find since the sign was so small. Got Lock out of the hotel since the key did not work properly. Hotel has had the same problem before and not fixed the problem.”

• All the staff was very friendly and they kept it spotless.
• Hard to locate.

“The hotel was excellent in all respects. The only negative was in locating it once we did it was very convenient. It also had an excellent diner next door.”
