Terrace (bring your own drink and food)
Hot water, elevator, privacy

“We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (Ocean Surf Hotel, Miami) and were extremely disappointed. The elevator constantly mal functioned, there was no hot water every evening for one hour, we had to reset our electronic keys at least once a day.

BUT MOSTLY: they showed people our room TWICE while we were still in it (on the second and third day). Once we were in bed, and 3 people entered the room, without knocking or asking permission. We complained after the first time, and then they did it again the next morning. It is definitely not safe for our property being in the room, as well as for ourselves, and we consider it a complete violation of our privacy.”
