• Studio room was spacious and had a full size,refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
• There was nothing to dislike.

“I was upset that I was accepted and it was a studio room, until I saw the studio room. It was spacious with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Couch that made into a comfortable full size bed, a queen size bed. Bath room was very nice and the wash area was separate from the bath area. I hope to stay there again.”

• The fireplace and kitchen, it was great for the price we paid.
• The fireplace and the icemaker in the fridge didn't work.

“We loved the hotel and the price we got was amazing. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The only disappointment was that the icemaker didn't work and there were no ice machines and the fireplace didn't work. We arrived late; if we had arrived earlier we would've asked for a different room where the fireplace and icemaker worked.”

• Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Very convenient.
• Bathroom light was broken. Some hair noted in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom.

“The hotel is very centrally located, close to the mall and many other shops. All though this did make coming and going difficult at time it was well worth it. The lobby is very welcoming, staff was friendly. The room was very and comfortable. The biggest problem we had was parking, it is in short supply in the hotel lot.”

• Extremely clean, accommodating, convenient location.

“I loved staying at this hotel.
It offers grocery shopping for guests. The breakfast is a full breakfast not the typical complimentary ones, and it's free! It's absolutely clean to each inch and the staff is so friendly. I would stay here in a heartbeat.”

“Residence Inn provides a good value for family travelers because they offer consistent, cleanly accommodations and enough room to relax and spread out. Good have better quality mattresses. Very good choice of breakfast foods.”

“My wife and I highly recommend the Residence Inn in Manchester. It was very clean, spacious, and a real just like home feel. Shopping and dining in the area is superb. It is a perfect place to stay and Christmas shop.”

• First night our room was close to back stairs and very noisy. Complained to staff & was moved to quieter room. No problem. Staff very helpful.

“This hotel looks brand new. The rooms were spotless, bed comfortable. Breakfast which is included was awesome! Great place to stay and would go there again.”

• Poor staff and dirty rooms.

“I had stayed at this hotel many times prior to my last stay this month. Although I had not been here in about 5 months I expected the same level of service and staff as before. Boy was I wrong. The front desk was rude and didn't seem to care about me or my concerns that I had. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he doesn't have an office here and I would have to go to another hotel next door if I wanted to speak to him. What a joke! I'll be taking my business (and that of my 5 coworkers) to another hotel. Rooms were not cleaned well and breakfast was poor at best.”

• The setup of the room was very good for the 3 of us. The breakfast was excellent.
• There was a noisy room air conditioner as well as noisy central air.

“Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Having the kitchenette is such a bonus. Very quiet though the hotel appeared full. Wonderful breakfast each morning with a very friendly staff. Conveniently located near a mall and many restaurants. Non-smoking throughout, which was a plus. Air conditioning was odd - both a room unit and central air. Both were pretty noisy.”

• The buffet breakfast was quick and convenient. I appreciated this since we need to be on the road early.
• Everything was to my satisfaction.

• The room was spacious, modern, and extremely nice.
• When I checked in, the girl wanted a deposit of $100 even though we were only there overnight.

“An excellent, excellent value for the money. The room far surpassed our expectations it was spacious, very well decorated, and extremely clean. The fact that the room came with a hot buffet breakfast was an added bonus. We would highly recommend the hotel. In fact, we already have.”

• I loved the suite set up. It was great to have the mini kitchen available.
• The radio was terrible. Nearly every station was very static.

“The Residence Inn in Manchester is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Hartford, close to shopping and restaurants, and just off I-84. A wide array of breakfast options are available in the free buffet offered each morning in the hotel lobbby. Monday through Thursday evening there is a small snack or meal offered as well.The suite set-up in the room allows you to feel more "at home" when travelling. You can sit comfortably and read or watch TV, prepare simple meals in the kitchen, or work at the desk. All this makes being away from the comforts of home a bit easier.”

• This hotel was right off 84-great location and great restaurants nearby. Hotel and free breakfast was great!!!
• Only offer one queen and sofa pullout--I would have liked two doubles.
