“This hotel is good for one night's stay if you are just passing through the area. However, the hotel staff did not respond to things wrong in the room. Again, too many things were not served or juices machines were broken.” Apr 19, 2008 by

“Just because the hotel was a star level one doesnt mean that it is ok for the lack of cleaning to the room and pool. It was difficult to feel comfortable in a hotel that had broken appliances and a filthy shower. But the location was key for me.” Mar 25, 2008 by

“When we got there, with my family, the TV did not work, and so I called to report it. The Manager came as soon as he could to see about it and tried to fix it, but was not able to. He suggested we get another room, and as we were getting ready to move our belongings, the manager came back and said that the reason the TV was not working was probably because it had been disconnected, and sure enough, it was. He said it in a accusing way. So, we got to stay. The next day, as I was checking out, the lady at the front desk, was on the phone the entire time. Not once did she say "I'll be right with you", or put the call on hold, for just a second, nothing! The Maintenance man had to check me out, and then as he helped me, she says, still on the phone, "What do you need?" The Maintenance Man said, "She's in 111, is that all she needs?" She said, yeah, she's done. No "Thank you" for staying with us or nothing! I felt that since I had already paid, she was done with me, and the customer on the phone was more important! “I believe that this hotel misrepresents itself. The breakfast was also not sufficient, bed was filthy, the shower was filthy and so was the towels. We chose not to bath. We booked another room as soon as we could the next morning just to bath before we went to our planned engagement. “The location of this hotel was great and easy to get too. It was located near a few restaurant and near the freeway. I did not like the quality of the hotel, it was clean, but run down. The bathroom door was partially off the hinge & the curtains were falling off the rods, there was also exposed outside light in one corner of the room were in that you could see damage in the wall.” Feb 28, 2008 by

“Upon getting to the hotel things were fine, there was toilet paper in toilet that would not flush down, they neglected to say their in room internet is wireless and if you don't have a wireless internet card it's basically useless. the bed frame was broke and sticking out approx 6 inches from the bed. All in all it was a bad experience and checked out pronto and went to another hotel, was at the days inn in ft.worth Texas maybe 30 minutes and yes this is the first time I've been led astray but would like my money back.” Feb 27, 2008 by

“It is terribly old that is not a bad thing always. But the owners are taking in all the rentals and not putting anything back into the business. “Staff was extremely rude. My father had to fix the toilet in his room himself after requesting service 3 times. My room had NO towels on multiple days. I was then accused of lying about ever requesting towels. The main guy with the Indian accent was the worst. Also reason to believe they never mailed our outgoing mail. Thoroughly disgusted with the stay. Many rooms had bugs (ants & roaches), water problems (toilets that wouldn't flush and tubs that wouldn't drain). I'll never stay there again.” Jul 25, 2006 by

“Overall, I would say the hotel was OK. It was old and rundown and the rooms were tiny. But the price was not bad and the location was perfect. We only stayed one night - I don't think I would recommend staying more than that here. We had a wedding to go to and everything was so close. “This hotel was very poorly maintained. The bathroom had mold in all of the grout. The smell was terrible. The linens had cigarette burns on them. Had it not been for the fact that we arrived very late and tired and that I had already paid for the room I would have left.” Mar 24, 2006 by

“I would only recommend this hotel for someone staying overnight and leaving early like 6 am. The walls are thin so everything is noisy from outside and people in rooms next to you. Room service comes around 9 am, hence why I only recommend going for a overnight.” Hotel Representatives:
