• Very relaxing and the kids had fun.
• Bed was lumpy, restaurants were pricey.

“The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. The room had a balcony with large sliding doors that took up most of that wall and we slept with them open all night. The restaurant food was good, but not great for the money. The fitness center was large and fully equipped. There are also tennis courts, and a spa. The beach area is very small, and not really a beach area. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at the hotel and didn't have to leave the premises unless we wanted to, which we didn't. Would have preferred more comfortable beds.”

• Beautiful view, great staff, friendly atmosphere!
• Not a thing!

“I didn't stay in the hotel itself but one of the condo's that are attached and we used the hotel's amenities such as the pool and bars and everything was great. Beautiful view, very friendly atmosphere!”

• The location and view from the hotel room.
• Beverage prices were unreasonable ($2.25 for 1/2 pint milk).

“I really enjoyed the location and view of the Gulf of Mexico; however, everything was overpriced ($2.25 for a small 1/2 pint of milk!). The dinner cruise sounded nice, but again was a bit pricey. If that weren't enough, just as we left the hotel, the generator aboard the ship shut-off rendering the ship without AC and lighting. Needless to say, the Captain returned to port and cut short our trip without reimbursing us. Nevertheless, the meal was quite good.”

• The room was huge, clean and extremely relaxing & comfortable.
• The spa and restaurants were ridiculously over-priced.

“My wife and I loved this hotel. We stayed in a Grand Bay suite for our honeymoon. The room was huge and the bathroom was bigger than some motel rooms. The room service was extremely fast and responsive. The only drawback was the prices. The spa and restaurants were over-priced. Other than the prices, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The hotel is very nice, the view is excellent, extremely clean.
• I liked everything.

“I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends. Is a very clean hotel in a good location close to shops and the Island. It has very nice views. Is good for a family trip with children and also a romantic get away.”

• Nothing.

“I arrived on off season May 27 so the place was practically empty. The staff was absolutely great and upgraded my room upon request. It was quiet, relaxed and beautiful. Thank you!”
