• Room and public spaces excellent.
• Waited for extended period before being served by pool staff while others around me were served.

• Excellent customer service.
• Had to pay $28.00 for parking and the kitchen is located on 7ft away from the bed.

“Very good hotel. Rooms were clean except for the bathroom floor that needed a good cleaning. I liked the shower because it is large and water was very forceful even on the 12th floor. Rooms were not very sound proof.”

• Upscale yet comfortable, staff was warm & friendly and remembered your name. We were very satisfied.
• The inside of the room door was dirty, which really stood out in such an otherwise clean & beautiful setting.

“It was a beautiful hotel with beautiful, luxurious rooms. The view (we upgraded to a balcony room) was wonderful and peaceful. We felt so relaxed and well cared for. Our stay here was one of the highlights of the trip. It was close to the airport and cruise line and close to fine dining and local fun areas like Las Olas BLVD, which we really enjoyed. Thank you.”

• Close to the ocean.
• Can't say anything bad. The weather was too cold!

• The staff was great; the facility was beautiful, great pool!
• I put in 4 travelers and our room was only a king bed, the staff fixed it and got us two beds.

• Location to beach.
• Advertised with panoramic view but more like 40% view.

“We called Atlantic to confirm if the rooms advertised were views of the whole coastline (the upgraded cost advertised by it showed picture of a whole panoramic view, so we booked a room. When we got there, we had a room in an inside corner blocking all the north view and most of the south. This was very disappointing! ”

• Fabulous location, very professional staff, excellent amenities.
• Parking costs 27.00 a day.

“One of the best hotels stayed at ever! And that says a lot! Excellent service and accommodations. Probably cannot afford to stay there again!”
