• Pristine, well manicured, convenient, friendly.
• Nothing.

“This was my second stay at Summerfield and would be my only choice for travel to Plymouth Meeting. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the suites are fully stocked with all the amenities. Very nice.”

• Large suite.
• Furniture showed some wear- holes in fabric, scratches on wood.

“Very nice- did notice the furnishings were looking worn- room was very roomy and clean.”

• The comfort of the room.
• It was very noisy. Could hear the people upstairs all night.

“The hotel was very nice. The noise level was a little high. There was quite a bit of banging all night. I am not sure where it was coming from. When the water ran in the other rooms we could hear it very good.”

• The "deluxe smoking allowed suite was laid out like a functional studio apartment.
• The directions to the hotel (both oral/written were terrible. all that is need is to state that (it) is located within bentwood office park.

“The most trying part of the experience will be to locate the hotel. Directions need to be revised, especially f traveling at night. The staff stated that directions are a common problem but, the hotel is extremely close to Plymouth meeting mall but the mall never appears in directional information. Once found, the Hyatt hotel was an extremely affordable, clean, friendly and spacious environment. His hotel rivals some "upscale" listed in Philadelphia.”

• Complimentary food and inexpensive alcohol.
• The energy saving placards say to hang towels for reuse but they kept replacing them: a waste.

“Suites are very practical. I was surprised at the amenities. They'll even shop for your groceries for you. Internet and desk made business work very comfortable. Very homey if you're looking for a place to stay solo and don't want to dine out. You can really set up like an apartment.”

• Excellent staff, very friendly. Rooms were relaxing.
• No complaints.

“If you're visiting the Blue Bell / Norristown area, this hotel is an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. If you plan on visiting Philly, make sure you have transportation lined up, as it's a bit of a drive.”
