“We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so I did not have much time experiencing other facility then my room. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and just for this I will recommend this hotel.”

• The decor was beautiful. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and certainly exceeded my expectations.
• I did not like the idea of having to pay $22.00 for parking.

“My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff's commitment to providing excellent customer service at every level. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”

• My husband and I went to the US OPEN. This hotel was convenient and they provided a shuttle service to and from the event every hour. Friendly staff.
• No complaints.

“This hotel was great for US OPEN tennis. For an airport hotel in NYC. It was very pleasant. I would highly recommend. Many other hotels in the area are complete dumps.”

• The room was amazing, nice and big and comfortable the flat screen was nice as well.
• The only thing I have to complain about was the parking price. Since it was in New York City it should be expected.

• It was very clean inside and the bed was comfortable.
• Partying and screaming in the halls all night like a dorm.

“Clean hotel and nice look about it. The front staff not friendly at all. They do not smile and are not pleasant. Too many rowdy parties that spilled out onto my floor(6th) all night long. Security did nothing about it. It ruined my stay there with my wife. I do not recommend for a family. Good for college age kids that want to get rowdy.”

• Arthur (Shuttle driver) was the most pleasant and helpful person I met in NYC.
• The room was extremely cold.

“Beautiful non-smoking hotel. Having to pay for internet service in such a pricy hotel seemed to be too much. The staff was very friendly. Arthur, the shuttle driver, was a pleasure too meet! He made my stay worthwhile.”

• Parking was $22. Food quality was not good, prices were v. high. Coffee in the lobby with a paper cup was >$3.

“Hotel is good. Need to dine somewhere else. Nickel and dime you, i.e. parking, food pricing, internet. The price for a meeting room was silly, so we met in our room.”

• Very comfortable and the people where helpful and friendly.
• It was annoying that the internet connection cost money and even the WiFi in the lobby wasn't free.

“This is a nice hotel that is affordable and comfortable. It's easy to get to LaGuardia airport, though not so easy to get into Manhattan or even to restaurants or other entertainment in Queens. The food was good and available late into the evening at the lounge, even after the restaurant closed.”

• I thought the rooms were appointed very nicely.
• The staff was very rude.

“I stayed at this hotel for week on business. I book the first half of the week with one credit card and the second half on another credit card. The staff had no record of me booking a room for the second half of the week and locked me out of my room with all my belongings in there. Told me I had to pay the regular room rate to stay or they'll have the security guard escort to my room to get my belongings. They still did not want to honor it, until I caused a scene. I finally got the key to the room but no real formal apology. The worst experience I ever had with a hotel staff.”

• Bed was the most comfortable I ever slept on. Beautiful hotel. Staff was impeccable.
• There is nothing I didn't like.

“Words can't describe how wonderful your staff is. Company is very lucky to have them. I'm a double lung transplant 8 years. I've always dreamed of coming to New York City. Im a mom of a 10 yr old girl is the love of my life. Thank you, for making my experience here more than I could ever dream about. If I am ever able to afford to come back, Marriott will be my first choice.”

• The food in the hotel's restaurant/bar was excellent.
• Hotel staff was not very friendly at check in.

“The hotel is currently undergoing some remodeling. The hallway carpet of floor I was on was covered in plastic, and was quite noisy. The view from my room 222 on the second floor was of all the vents on the roof of the lobby building.”

“This hotel is so close to LGA that you could actually walk to the airport! It is your typical Marriott, which is to say its head and shoulders above any other hotel chain around. No surprises, great service.”

• The staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt like we had friends in New York.
• The bar and grill was a little understaffed and made service very slow.

“The Lobby had a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff greeted you and made you feel right at home. Transportation was plentiful and prompt. The airport was within walking distance from the hotel, about a seven minute walk. The fitness room had plenty of equipment to use and the pool and the Whirlpool were staffed and plenty of towels. Had a great stay and I will definitely be back.”

• Convenient but warn guest about street parking perhaps reducing parking rate. so that people do not encourage to park on street. Alarming etc.
• Supposed to have free continental breakfast at least for child (3-7 years old).

“Hotel is good. Convenient. Parking is expensive. Many people park on street but is dangerous for breakage( Have witnessed few) And they did not gave free breakfast to our children as we thought is free.”
