• Bed was the most comfortable I ever slept on. Beautiful hotel. Staff was impeccable.
• There is nothing I didn't like.

“Words can't describe how wonderful your staff is. Company is very lucky to have them. I'm a double lung transplant 8 years. I've always dreamed of coming to New York City. Im a mom of a 10 yr old girl is the love of my life. Thank you, for making my experience here more than I could ever dream about. • The food in the hotel's restaurant/bar was excellent.
• Hotel staff was not very friendly at check in.

“The hotel is currently undergoing some remodeling. The hallway carpet of floor I was on was covered in plastic, and was quite noisy. The view from my room 222 on the second floor was of all the vents on the roof of the lobby building.”

• Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
• Hotel shuttle driver honked angrily at my cab driver while I` was getting out of the cab. Very annoying.

“Staff were very helpful. Get a price on cab fares as they can vary a whole lot. Overall there good place to stay. Check front desk to get rest. That deliver, otherwise it is impossible to find one that delivers.”

• Hard to find, even taxi got lost.

• Good location, nice hotel.
• Small rooms for a Marriott, $13 for internet, $22 for parking! OUTRAGEOUS.

“This hotel is so close to LGA that you could actually walk to the airport! It is your typical Marriott, which is to say its head and shoulders above any other hotel chain around. No surprises, great service.”

• The staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt like we had friends in New York.
• The bar and grill was a little understaffed and made service very slow.

“The Lobby had a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff greeted you and made you feel right at home. Transportation was plentiful and prompt. The airport was within walking distance from the hotel, about a seven minute walk. The fitness room had plenty of equipment to use and the pool and the Whirlpool were staffed and plenty of towels. Had a great stay and I will definitely be back.”

• The "cabs" they set you up with for transportation are a rip off.

• Convenient but warn guest about street parking perhaps reducing parking rate. so that people do not encourage to park on street. Alarming etc.
• Supposed to have free continental breakfast at least for child (3-7 years old).

“Hotel is good. Convenient. Parking is expensive. Many people park on street but is dangerous for breakage( Have witnessed few) And they did not gave free breakfast to our children as we thought is free.”

• Our room was next to the elevator shaft so that you could hear comings and goings most of the night.

“The hotel was nice- exactly what we needed on a late arrival into the city- the employees were friendly- the only negatives were the VERY loud ice machine and our room being next to the elevator shaft- we were too tired to go back down to see about making a change.”

• I was impressed by the landscaping and general modern appearance of the hotel as well as it's location.
• The size of the room was a little smaller than I expected compared to similar hotel stays in the class selected.

• A/C had no freon and the tub was clogged.

“The A/C was never fixed and the fan I requested was never brought up to my room. The room service was a bit over priced but the tub was fixed promptly and the staff was very friendly.”

• If you need to stay near the airport it is a nice hotel with decent public transportation if you need to go to the city.
• Eating in the bar was not a good experience. Poor service, expensive food and drink.

“Overall the hotel was solid from a business travel perspective. Solid, well trained staff, nice lobby and clean rooms were all in place. I suggest the hotel make their high speed internet access free (as is the case with most Marriott hotels) and offer it in the lobby, not just the hotel rooms. Further I suggest they make wireless access available (like most other Marriott hotels).”

“A choice of a lovely breakfast buffet on Sunday a very reasonable $13.95, and the breakfast menu was well priced at a $10.95 All American breakfast that included 2 eggs, choice of meat, hash browns, toast, coffee and juice. The staff was helpful. The transportation desk helped with special request taxi service. I'd definitely use this hotel again.”
