• Location to the Freeway and good breakfast.

“Room was clean and located adjacent to the Freeway. The continental breakfast was yummy and filled us up before a busy day with family. I would recommend this hotel.”

• Thin walls, very noisy.

“We started off with the friendliest front desk man. He made us feel very welcome. Our room was surprisingly accommodating, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our first night sleep was kind of rough considering we were right by the stairs and on the second level with the third above us. People walking up and down the stairs and in halls and rooms above could be heard by there steps and the vibrations on walls. I called and complained around 10:30 in the evening and the noise was stopped very quickly. We were very surprised at the breakfast layout. There were not only your regular continental spread, but you could make waffles, biscuits 'n' gravy, and a great assortment of other items. Being that the hotel is right next to an IHOP we had no temptation to pay for a breakfast or deal with a busy restaurant. The one other surprising thing is that the computer was right in the front lobby and there were no fees to use it like most places do for the internet. We were most impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quick action they took to satisfy any requests or complaints.”

• Great continental breakfast.
• Hot tub jets were shooting water up and out of pool; had to turn them off to enjoy the tub; water not hot enough.

“We were concerned that our room was right next to the elevator, which was rather noisy when inside of it. However, we did not hear the elevator in our room and we slept well in a very comfortable bed. The sumptuous continental breakfast offered many choices and was very satisfying.”

• The room was smelly.

“The staff was friendly and they had a surprisingly nice continental breakfast. The elevator almost felt like it would break at any minute and the room smelled musty, but overall it was a good experience.”

• A little noisy.

“Good place to stay, charge $30 for our dog, kind of steep compared to other motels, especially since she is small in size. The pass to the health club was great. Clean, but kind of noisy, but we slept well.”

• Very basic, has slid in quality since change to comfort inn.

• Very friendly and helpful staff.
• When I got there the lobby and hallways didn't look like they'd been cleaned recently.

“Very convenient, just off the freeway. All the amenities were solid. Internet signal was strong (at least in my room) and the housekeeping people did a nice job. They don't seem to advertise it, but you get a complimentary pass to a nice fitness club for each day of the stay. It's across town, but fairly convenient otherwise. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but wasn't bad either. The employees were all friendly and helpful. For the money, this is a good value. Not fancy, but not expensive, either. Btw, the heater/air conditioner was quiet. Don't get that very often anywhere. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they seemed to be clean and orderly. I wouldn't stay here on a romantic getaway, but for the business traveler or overnighter, it's a good value.”

“Clean place to stay. Quiet room with the usual amenities for a 2 star. Excellent place for the traveler on a budget. Good neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shops etc.”

“Found this hotel to be exactly what I have come to expect with Fairfield Inn. Spacious rooms (enough room to actually set up a crib in the room and still be able to move) accommodating, friendly staff, and clean well stocked rooms with a full range of toiletries, instead of having to go down to the desk and see if you could obtain some. The refrigerator in the room is a must have for those of us traveling with infants. Very family friendly.”

• There wasn't any non-stick cooking spray. (For the waffle maker.)

• Staff was friendly and helpful. Free popcorn with check in. Fresh cookies for afternoon snack.
• Driveway to the hotel is hard to see. Small sign. It was hard to enter the hotel when driving north on 4th street.

“I could not believe I got such a great hotel for the price. The hotel could not have been any nicer. The staff just went out of there way. When you arrived they gave you a "gift" of a bag of popcorn that could be popped in the room microwave and then later had fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Received receipt under my door along with a sheet of fun facts.”

• Your house keeping and breakfast staff were wonderful.
• It was not a child friendly hotel at all and they made that very clear when we arrived.

“Based on how rude they were to my children for taking more than a normal share of cookies that are placed out for guest, we then had a very hostile stay the remainder of the trip and there was nothing we could do to leave bequeath had been pre paid for.”

• The hotel was outstanding, they made my stay there very enjoyable, GREAT breakfast in the morning lots to choose from, very clean and organized.
• Entrance was a little difficult but once I figured it out it was okay.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to any one and not be the least bit worried about there stay. I will definitely stay there again.”

• The front desk staff called to check in to make sure we were happy with our room. They had cookies at the front desk at check in.
• The heater in the pool and hot tub broke so they were cold. This was one reason we picked this hotel.

“The location is great for all the activities in the area. It's close to food and easy to access from the highway. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.”

• Clean, easy to find. Good value.
• I could hear the flushing of toilets from above along with the shower.

“The hotel is fairly new. The breakfast was adequate. Clean room. Good bed. The noise from the room upstairs was very noticeable. I was surprised to hear the toilet flushing, shower draining and the footsteps from the room above. Overall, I think the room was good for the money. I would stay there again.”

• Hot tub closed too early, no exercise equipment.

• The bathroom light switch was on the outside of the door.
