• Close to where I want to be.

“I stay here a lot, and seem to get the hotel almost at will. The hotel is old and in some places that shows. But it is clean, and near where I want to be.”

• Quite clean.
• Starting to show age, our room number tag was torn off and written with a pen.

“For the price was a great hotel, but parking was a hike to get to building and then another hike to get to elevator. It is a huge convention center. Some things showing age and quick fixes so the mystique of quality was a little tarnished. Our second night a couple of kids that were very drunk
and loud came in at 2:30 am.”

“Hotel was nice, if a bit dated and the staff was friendly. They seemed to have a security problem in the parking lot, though. There were signs everywhere warning people to lock their cars and to not leave valuables in them. The parking lot lighting could be improved to help this problem.”

• Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Price was attractive. Had 2 bars.
• Bed was too small for 2 normal sized people and it was low in middle . Also no room mirror. Only mirror was in bath.

“If you ignore the bed issues and missing mirror, the hotel was well worth the money. Friendly staff and well maintained. Parking was convenient and at no additional charge.”

• Loved all of the pillows on the beds. Very comfortable room.
• Did not like the condition of the bathroom door - needed to be replaced.

“Very close to a lot of restaurant choices from fast food to fine dining. Very pleasant, comfortable room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I was also impressed when the phone wasn't working for our wake up call and they sent an attendant to the room to make sure we were up and OK.”

“mold around the tub, leaky faucets, no toilet paper when I got to the room & it took 2 hours to get it, no plug by the desk, the only one that worked that i could get to was behind the night stand & i had to move that so I could unplug the table lamp & plug in my laptop”

• The location had convenient freeway access to our venue.
• The bathroom was too small, pedestal sink with no counter space.

“The room was nicely done but the bathroom was too small. Having several separate buildings was different. Because there was only one very busy elevator in our building, we took the stairs often. There were the same dirty towels in the stairwell the entire length of our stay. I would not rate this hotel more than the 2 1/2 stars it got.”

• Garbage in the hallways and cigarette burns in the room.

“I'm surprised that Wyndham put their name on this hotel. There are several "wings" to the hotel, and the one I stayed on was very dated and dirty. A friend who knows a hotel employee told me afterwards that you can supposedly request the "remodeled wing", which obviously be better.”

• Mini-fridge and coffee-maker in room.
• Not the quality I expect from a 3star hotel.

“First impressions: outside facade is dated and paint is peeling. Lobby is nice enough. Room is OK, but you can tell it was renovated on a dime - newer bedding, but old furniture. Bathroom is small, handle is shower was not properly installed. Toilet was the kind you find in a public restroom. This hotel was OK, but not what I expect from a 3star. I have stayed in 2star and 2.5star hotels nicer than this.”

• Pretty, clean. Nice rooms.
• Wish it would have had a hot tub. If it did, we were unaware. Also, many hotels offer free breakfast, this one did not. little disappointed.

“The place was good for our quick trip. However, we were unaware of how to get to the miller stadium from the hotel and the person on staff gave us directions, which ended up making us get lost for 30 miles! The names of the roads he told us weren't even roads, so we never knew when to turn. We showed him our mapquest and he told us not to go that way. Maybe the hotel could have maps/directions to major attractions.”

• Desk clerks were very friendly. Pools were nice.
• Dirty rooms and hallway. Very old cheap furniture falling apart.

“We were totally disappointed in the room. When we first walked in the tables were dirty and very dusty. I had to wipe everything down. The furniture was very old and in bad shape. Then I tried taking a nap but ended up having to change rooms because of the musty smell. Desk clerks were very nice; however the lady in the gift shop was extremely rude to my son and his friend.”

• Very nice courtyard area in the center of the wings.
• Very large and confusing with many different wings.

“Staff was friendly. Had to call maintenance to our room twice with fix the toilet. Room looked like it had not been redecorated in about 10 years. Very confusing trying to figure out where to park and how to get to your room because the hotel was so spread out.”

• management and front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful
• restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful

“The room was spacious, clean, and had all of the features one would expect of a four star hotel, although there were some maintenance problems that needed to be addressed (caulking, securing towel racks, replacing light bulbs/switches. Housekeeping staff was considerate, and did a good job of restocking necessaries. Front desk staff/management was helpful and friendly. Business center fell short, lacked access to printer using jump drive unless guest was willing to pay $20/hr. for computer time. Concierge/desk and sales manager accomodated my needs, but that accomodation interferred with the smooth running of front desk functions.”

• Hotel lobby was impressive but the rooms and restaurants/bars were mediocre at best. Not much for decent food options near by.
• No decent food for people wanting to eat early.

“This was great for an overnight stay very near airport. Great hotel with fine public facilities. Nicely appointed rooms. Have stayed before and will stay again when in the area. Climate control needs to be updated.”

• Very clean throughout except carpeting needed cleaning. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Nice restaurant, not overpriced. Would stay here again!
• Bathroom needed some work (shower/enclosure seams moldy, wallpaper peeling somewhat most hallway public carpeting soiled throughout .

“This is a really nice hotel, and we'd stay here again! It was clean except for carpeting in public areas needing cleaning. We felt safe. Staff members were very helpful, friendly, & efficient. Check-in/out was fast. Great location.”

  a 3 star hotel for the pool - it was closed.

“We have stayed at this hotel before and were very pleased. This time the room had peeling wallpaper and the general look of the room was more something you would have expected at a 1 star hotel. There was a pool alright, but it was closed. Very disappointing for my grandkids.”

• Somewhat worn hallways and elevator in the area we were in.

“A very easy to find location with easy access to airport. Fabulously comfy beds with 4 star bedding. Quiet tasteful rooms with good air quality, my allergies and sinuses were not riled up during our stay.”

• Bathroom not clean enough.

“Hotel is nice overall. Definitely worth the price. Indoor pool was quite a hike to get to and the floor was dangerously wet and slippery. Outdoor pool was much nicer. Rooms were pretty nice as well. Beds were pretty comfy. Overall we were pleased with our experience.”

• Across the street from the Milwaukee Airport.
• The hotel is very old and very rundown - our towels had holes in them.

“The hotel was not what I expected from the name Wyndham. The hotel looks like it has not been updated since the 70's. The beds were somewhat comfortable. Our towels had holes in them, the water in the bathroom leaked and the heater/air did not work well - someone turned it to 80 degrees before we arrived and it took all night to cool down to 75 with it on full blast. I would not rate this above a 2 star, no matter if Wyndham's name is attached to it.”

• The architecture of the hotel is outstanding. Price was excellent.
• The plastic tools used at the breakfast table is not in conformity with the ranking of the hotel, even it is very practical.

“I would have stayed one or two days longer, but my schedule was tight. The reception staff and the housekeeping people were very helpful, rapid reaction and nice.”

• Sheets were luxurious.
• Bath towels were rough and dingy. Not enough of them.

“We chose this hotels because if its close proximity to the airport and our early morning flight. Unfortunately, there was a wedding party staying near our room. We listened to loud voices in the adjacent rooms and hallways until 12:30 am. Needless to say we didn't feel rested when we awoke at 5:30 am. Walls are thin. You can hear drawers and foot steps from the adjacent rooms. We should have stayed with family and saved our money.”
