• Nice breakfast buffet.
• No microwave or refrigerator.

“Nicely located for my purposes. The breakfast was nice. The egg and sausage patties were the same size, making for easy eating. Several kinds of cereal to choose from. And the Friday omelet was a nice change of pace. There were stains on the inside of the bed coverlet, and one on the floor.”

“This is one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in for sometime. The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was quite large and very clean, the continental breakfast was the finest ever with a large selection of hot food as well as cereal and rolls.”

• Flat Screen Televion and frree cable.
• It is outdated and very old looking. Very depressing.

“This hotel is one that needs to be updated ASAP. It is worse than Little House on the Praire. The rooms are so depressing with it's decor for country living. It made me sad beign in that room.”

“The staff is friendly, when you enter the lobby it is a warm and familiar place. The rooms are decorated nicely, and the breakfast area is well stocked and the attendants are helpful.”

• It was within walking distance of my daughter's apartment.
• A little bit noisy but that would be the families with kids.

• The price was good. We were stuck with a smoking room.
• The smoking room was horrible.

“The hotel was fair. We got stuck in a smoking room and it was horrible if you are not a smoker. The coffee machine was broken. So we ate out.”

• The hotel has wired access to the internet.
• The hotel is under construction.

“I stayed there for three nights. The room is clean. Choice for breakfast is limited. Housekeeping keeps knocking on my door several times per day to clean the room. I felt that I was bothered.”

• The rooms were large and well kept. The common areas were inviting.
• No negatives during this trip.

“Check in and out were efficient and the staff was friendly. The rooms were well kept with nice styling. The pool and hot tub were nice added features, although the pool was too small for lap swimming. The location was great for our purposes.”

• Free wireless internet and chocolate chip cookies.
• The free breakfast was packed and the selection was poor.

“The room was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was a bit cold for the kids, there were chocolate chip cookies at check-in which was a nice touch and apples and oranges out during the day. The breakfast selection, though free, was not good. The room that breakfast was served in was too small, the dishes were Styrofoam, and pretty much all the food was what I would consider bad for you. Overall though, the stay was very good and I would be happy to stay there again.”

• The hotel was beautiful and clean. A very "homey" atmosphere.
• The construction around the hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault.

“I selected this hotel based on customer ratings, and I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms clean, well stocked, and of an exceptional quality. I would totally recommend this hotel to others traveling with or without a family.”

• Breakfast was good, good variety.
• Slow service.

“I tried to call the front desk about 7 PM and the phone was answered, but I was put on hold for over a minute. I called back about 7:30 and asked for housekeeping to come to the room. I waited until after 8:00 before they arrived.”

“They moved me across the hallway, to a SUITE!!! Continual supply of fresh made cookies in lobby, excellent array of food for free breakfast, clean pool and hot tub, business center with free use of computer and printer, very nice decor. Excellent experience!!!”

• Nice atmosphere, good breakfast.
• Housekeeping did not do a very good job cleaning the floors.

“We have stayed at this location several times and liked the hotel. Unfortunately there were many, many children there at the same time. Parents were not keeping them in control. e.g. Running up and down the hall doing gymnastics, parents entertaining kids in the hall (past 10:30 pm.). Staff did ask them to go to their rooms after some complaints. Not the hotel's fault, I understand that. Poor parenting. Perhaps a carefully worded memo at time of check in to people with children. Another problem was smoking. 3rd floor was smoking. We were on 2nd. Smoke seemed to seep into our room through the ventilation system in the bathroom. Also very smoky in the elevator. ”

• It was clean and comfortable. The hotel being a new property was a plus.
• I wish they had more of a hot breakfast selection and it was a little far from town than I expected.

“The outside of the hotel looks much like others, but the inside reminded me of being in a cozy bed and breakfast. The cable selection was excellent.”

• Room setup was great - wished I had been there a little longer!
• When I checked in there was only one person at the front desk - and the person he was waiting on had issues so it was over 30 minutes till I got in.

“Located just outside of Madison in Middleton, very easy to get to. Across the street from a fabulous bar/grill. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and good amenities. Breakfast looked very nice - although I did not eat there any of my stay.”

• Very convenient to areas with shops, dining, and far enough away from traffic noise.
• Difficult to find because it is in a new development without markers.

“Accommodating and quiet. Centrally located to an upscale part of Madison. Easy off, easy on to beltway, yet very little traffic noise. Nice room accommodations, good variety of foods at the breakfast. Easy checkout and in.”

• Staff very friendly and helpful.
• Hotel was a little further out, but with the highway it was not a major issue.

“Nice, new hotel with hot tub and swimming pool. Located just outside Middletown with quick access to Shopping via the highway. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

• It was new, clean and has a nice pool and exercise area.
• On the weekend, there was some noise in the halls during the night. But it was college graduation and they were full.
