• Continental breakfast and nonsmoking rooms, friendly staff.
• Had to drive to beach and shopping.

“The Holiday Inn Express is about 5 to 10 minutes drive from the beach and from shopping. It's good for business travelers and for budget-minded families.”

• Lack of elevator for second floor.

“Meet or exceed my expectations. Cleaning staff kept room clean and fresh towels and linen where used fro each day of stay. Front desk staff where knowledgeable of area and did what it took to make stay just like home.”

• Heated outdoor pool. It was great!
• Check in delayed due to hotel being booked solid night before.

“Good hotel, little farther south than I liked, but comfortable and the heated outdoor pool was great. Good beds, free breakfast. Some hotels let you check in a little early if they have rooms empty but since the hotel was booked solid the night before there were no rooms and we had to wait a while to check in. Overall, it was a good clean enjoyable if somewhat out of the way stay.”

• Location.
• Staff was not very friendly or organized.

“When I arrived they told me I had only one room and that my other room was already checked also had requested double beds and confirmed that earlier but when I arrived was told that I had one queen bed rooms but they did work it. Room was clean but with water stains on walls was disappointed with hotel overall and only saved a few dollars using this hotel. But I have been disappointed.”

• Trying to keep the room cool at night.

• Clean and easy in and out off hwy.
• No elevator, although there are only two floors.

“The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean. the hotel wasn't noisy not a lot of traffic.”

• Some of the staff was very friendly. And the location was secluded with no other hotels or people we had to deal with, that was the best part.
• Some of the staff was friendly, but some staff was lazy, rude, and did not do their jobs. Management was rude and treated staff mean in front of guests.

“The hotel was very clean and nice. We did not like coming from a long day out in the sun to find our room dirty, no clean linens or towels, and only the trash taken out. Though they were friendly, they needed to be retrained in room cleanliness for the guests. Some of the front desk people were rude and we felt they did not want to answer or help with our questions or concerns. The continental breakfast was good and we had a lot to choose from, and it was enough for everyone. The outdoor pool was also nice, we did see that cleaned out everyday.”

• All was wonderful.
