• Size of the room and bath facility.
• The ice was extremely inconvenient.

“The accommodations were not up to the price. No bell hop on duty on check in. Never did find an ice machine, even after directions were given.”

“Not all that bad, but some of the front desk crew seemed like they would rather be somewhere else sometimes. Place sure looks elegant enough, nice looking hotel, all the way around.”
