• Elegant, beautiful, luxurious, superb in every respect!
• Nothing.

“This is one of the most elegant and beautiful hotels I have ever seen. And, every staff member was friendly, cheerful and helpful. They had the ability to make the customer feel like a welcomed guest.”

• Clean, professionally run hotel. Many amenities to choose from.
• Housekeeping was slow to respond to specific requests.

“Great hotel with wonderful amenities! Rooms are clean and orderly, same can be said of the entire hotel. Service level were very good, with the exception of housekeeping being slow to respond to specific requests. Highly recommend the Grand America to anyone traveling to Salt Lake City.”

• location little far from downtown

“every bit a 5 star....you know this by the doorbell outside your room...rooms have french door....marble thoughtout bathroom even on the crown moulding...spa is wonderful...staff in spa most helpful....a delightful hotel for honeymooner or just a couples get away”
