• Very clean/hot water was very hot.
• Air conditioner did not work/nor sleep number bed.

“Good location near town and the airport. Room was nicely decorated/ lobby and restaurant beautiful. Water was actually hot for a shower or bath. The air-conditioning in the room did not work, had to sleep with windows open to traffic noise. One of the sleep number beds did not work. Other than these glitches-it was ok/not a 3-star.”

• Room were clean.
• We were not told the air conditioning was not working when we checked in and it was a very uncomfortable, hot, sleepless night.

“The hotel was old but very clean and the sleep number beds very comfortable. It was a hot day in Salt Lake and the air-conditioning didn't work in our room. We could not open the windows because our room faced the freeway. When we told the staff, they just dismissed it and said the air-conditioning didn't work. Needless to say, we spent a very sleepiness, hot night at the Radisson and I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.”

• The room was huge.
• The ice machine was two floors up or down the smoking hall.

“This hotel offers sleep number beds, wireless service and a nice work desk. The rooms are very clean and spacious and ours even offered a bar area. The hotel is close to the airport & Downtown but not so close you have a lot of noise. The outside of the hotel is very unique. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful, I had trouble finding the ice machine the cleaning lady spoke Spanish only but saw the ice bucket in my hand & walked me to the ice machine.”

• Restaurant only had buffet for breakfast.

“Hotel was great but I was shocked to be charged 10.99 for a breakfast buffet that was of poor quality. I have many free continental hotel buffet breakfasts that were far superior to that. It was quite a shock to me. Also it was nice to try out the sleep number bed so that I could learn that it is not for me. even though I adjusted the sleep number it felt like I was sleeping on a blow up mattress. The hotel was very nice, but I few things could be changed.”

• Hotel shuttle arrived at the airport quickly after being called.
• The hotel was extremely run down and is clearly a very old property. Beds are not comfortable.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. It was extremely run down and clearly a very old property. Furniture was very dated and worn, the carpet even looked dated, and the beds were not comfortable (despite being sleep number beds.”

• Very nice room. Very nice facilities.
• AC was not working. Window would not open.

“Fix the AC or, at least tell me it was broken, when I checked in. Had to call and ask why room was 75-80 degrees.”

• Accommodations were wonderful, the staff was very friendly.
• A/C in some of the rooms was not working properly.

“Excellent experience. I enjoyed my stay very well. The room was clean and comfortable, but the A/C was not working properly at the time. The staff was helpful be providing us fans. It was a great time for me and my family.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
• The A/C did not work well. Although the staff was great to help.

“The hotel was more than adequate to accommodate our large party. We had a great time visiting together, and having the room to do it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed having the staircase as a backdrop for pictures with my family. The staff was helpful and friendly in getting us what we needed and to the airport on time. Overall, it was a great experience!”

• I loved the select comfort bed. I have never slept so good in a hotel.
• Lack of amenities.

“This was a quick trip and the hotel met the purpose for me. I loved the sleep number bed. This was the highlight of the hotel. I slept better in it than I do my own bed. Would recommend this hotel for people without children.”

• I did not like that I couldn't leave my vehicle while flying out.

“The hotel was great, but I would have loved to leave my vehicle there while on my trip. I had to park it elsewhere, a bit of an inconvenience, but otherwise, it was great!”

• The hotel was very close to the airport.
• The air conditioner did not work properly.

“Overall the hotel was clean and was very close to the airport. However, while the temperature outside was mid 70's, the temperature inside my hotel room was high 80's and my air conditioner did not work properly. After having the maintenance come to my room, and basically telling me all the rooms were like that, and there was nothing he could do but open my window and put a box fan in it, I had to settle for that. The hotel is in front of a highway, so I had to sleep with a box fan propped in my open window listening to loud cars rushing by on the freeway. Other than that, everything was fine. Front desk staff was somewhat friendly, but the housekeepers and maintenance were the most helpful.”

• The room seemed clean and the hotel was nice.
• The concierge was useless. He couldn't do anything without help. Hot tub was lukewarm and no jets.

“Overall a good place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel bed. The hot tub wasn't hot and the jets weren't working. We enjoyed our stay.”

• It was close to the airport and very clean.
• I did not like the sleep number bed.

“This hotel was very nice and very close to the airport which was a plus since my plane left so early in the morning. The only drawback is that it was not too close to anything else. We had to drive a bit to go to dinner. Otherwise the hotel was great.”

• I cannot think of one thing to say that was negative.

“We were in Utah to attend the sudden funeral of my mother. You made this most unpleasant occasion an easier experience when we had a place to lay a weary soul. The room made us feel like we were almost home.”

• Parking was confusing; there may have been underground parking, but no signs or directions.

• Not a 3+ star hotel. It's like a motel 6.
• Bad location, few local restaurants, just boring.

“The actual room was nice. Everything else did not need expectation as a 3+ star hotel. Staff did not know very much about local area. Felt very unsafe in the basement garage.”

“This hotel was great with its service and hospitality. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a desk, TV, fridge with a sink located near it for easy washing of glasses. The bathroom was clean and had its sink located outside of the shower and toilet for available use while they were occupied. Great hotel overall!”

• Did not get my 4:30 AM wake up call - glad I set a backup or would have missed my plane.

“Very nice place. Was glad to see free wireless - a lot of high-end hotels are charging for it. Lower level parking garage made it convenient to get baggage in and out. Be sure to play golf at the nearby SLC Mini course, Wing Pointe. It ranks as one of the best mini courses in the nation and fees are cheap. Unique setting on airport property with planes gliding by just barely overhead. Neat.”

• Room was very attractive. Complimentary breakfast excellent.
• Downstairs passages showing a little sign of wear. No room service after 9.00 p.m.

“I enjoyed my stay the airport pickup was every 15/20 minutes. Very close to the airport but no noise from planes. My wife left her jacket and was able to pick it up on our return to Salt Lake City. We arrived late at night and chose this location for convenience. It was a good choice.”

• The bedding is fabulous, the breakfast buffet was nice.
• The pool was dirty and it was not a 3 1/2 star hotel

“The hotel is on a busy road, but relatively quiet. It's only a mile or so from The Red Iguana, which is the best Mexican food I have ever had. The rooms are a good size, and the "sleep number" beds are a huge plus.”

• The room was very nice, food cheap, very comfortable bed breakfast was very good and was free.
• There it was some garbage that the people left on the way for my room when I arrived.

“Very good hotel. The breakfast was a plus, the only thing is I wanted to be at downtown. It doesn't have anything to do around the hotel. I would stay again in any Radisson hotel.”

• The king sized select comfort bed was exquisite
• The parking spaces in the parking garage were a bit tight

“I did not use the swimming pool but the continental breakfast was very nice. For an older hotel, the lobby and rooms were well kept. The bed was to die for! I did not want to get up.”

“Over all it is a clean place but it is getting rather old and smells old. The service was good and the free breakfast was nice. It is quiet for being so close to an airport. We enjoyed our stay.”

• The new inprovement to the hotel such a mable and granite flooring Iiked as well as the sleep number beds.
• Our room was supposed to have two beds. But they sold all the two bed rooms, so we were forced to use a rollaway.

“It was a nice, chalet-style hotel. The sleep number bed was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and neat. The underground parking was a little tight.”
