• This property was convenient and had been renovated to keep the facility fresh.

“This location was safe, close and convenient to many area attractions and events. A good place for any traveler to pull off the road for the night.”

• The room was very clean.
• My door key did not work in the lock.

“The hotel is undergoing renovations. Once it is totally completed the hotel will be great to stay in. Even now partially completed it was still a pleasant stay and my room was very clean.”

• The room smelled clean and the housekeeping staff was nice.
• The Jacuzzi was not available and another guest was given a key to my room and walked in on me.

“Clean, well for overnight stay, but management seems disorganized and the facility extras were lacking. The Jacuzzi was temporarily out of service and I did not partake of the breakfast.”

• Friendly, good location, nice hotel.
• Very poorly marked room locations.

“This hotel is located outside of Buffalo, making it out side of the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel rooms were a little smaller than I am used to, small but adequate. Everything clean and fresh smelled. Unfortunately the rooms were strangely marked. I think the odd numbers to the left and even numbers were around the corner to the right. Without any signs upstairs to guide you, finding your room could be confusing. This was my only complaint. It was almost like they just forgot. Nice room, Nice Gym, Nice Breakfast.”

• Absolutely nothing.

“Management and front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. They did not have the beds we requested. Hotel was unclean and smelled. This hotel is not in the greatest area of town. Stay away.”

• No Hotel type smell! Very Clean! Pretty! Friendly Staff!
• Water pressure of shower and hard mattress.

“After hearing bad things we were very surprised that they were wrong! This is a great place to stay! Open and clean. Really nice! We will definitely stay there again! Convenient location! Great food right next door! Awesome!”

• Location was convenient to I-90 where I was traveling.
• Wife & I preferred 2 beds but, if 2 beds not available, a king. Were given one queen bed.

“We wanted two beds but were given one queen bed. The carpet was heavily stained and the room was tiny. It kind of looked like a converted closet. It was not a pleasant experience. We were disappointed.”

• It was a smoking room,I know that non smoking room is not guaranteed but the smell was just horrible. it was very strong

• Very complete continental breakfast selection but very fattening
• The room was very small, light comes in under door, noise from other rooms, fans

“The hotel is about a mile off I-190 through a residential neighbourhood. At 2am, this was a bit scary.The check-in/out staff was friendly. The room was small, but had everything you would need for a one-night stay. A fan in the bathroom was constantly running and was noisy. Thin walls. More Motel-like in construction. The continental breakfast is complete. Danishes, donuts, french-toast, bagels, english muffins, hard-boiled eggs, toast, cereals, milk, juices, coffee, apples and bananas. The breakfast staff was very efficient and made sure all items were topped up and available.This room was fine for the 6 hour nap we needed. We used ear-plugs to sleep and slept like babies.”

• Convenient complementary breakfast.
• Not clean and worth the money

“This was partly my mistake that I did not exclude this area for my Niagara stay. In any case, the result is a low-end hotel quality in the farthest place within the range provided. Staff is ok and the complimentary breakfast is convenient. However, I can trade that for more convient location and a little more spacious and clean rooms.”

• upon arrival requested 2 beds in room--said they didn't have it and charged $10.00 for a roll away. Next morning maid said they had tons of 2 bdrms.
