• Location. Right off the freeway and easy to find!
• Nothing!

“This was a great hotel. If you get a little ways from Boston you can save a huge amount of money with a short drive. Staff was friendly, I left my cell phone in the room after checking out and they were sure to hold it for me until we came back into town.”

• Was put in handicap accessible room.

“The hotel was full so they put us in a choice of smoking or handicap. It was a very unpleasant experience being in a handicap accessible room when we are not handicapped. Everything was low to the ground, there was no easy chair in the room, and absolutely no counter space in the bathroom, just a free standing sink.”

• The hotel was extremely clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful.
• The only criticism I had was the lack of a free breakfast.

“The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. The layout of the hotel room was a bit odd with the door connected to the room though a very narrow passageway. Nonetheless, the room was a great value and the location is convenient.”

• Wall is too thin, very noisy when you can hear every sound from next door.

“Convenient, reasonable price, good location, friendly staffs. The only weakness is the wall is too thin, so you can hear every single sound from your next door neighbors, or their TVs.”

• Hotel room was clean, had a hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and bed was comfortable.
• No free breakfast.

• Nothing.
• Fridge did not work, TV reception was very poor, we were allotted handicap rooms.

“Very poor attitude of staff to problems the fridge was not working on arrival, the TV reception was very poor and we received no improvement during our stay. We were assigned two handicap guest rooms, which were not next to each other on the floor. I will not recommend this to any of my associates.”

• Very comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need.
• Bathroom sink in with shower instead of separate.

“This is my fourth trip to Hilton this summer. I have been on four different floors and rooms, and each time it has been wonderful. Nothing to complain about. Just a great place to stay with all the perks, wonderful internet free access, pool, exercise rooms, refrigerator and microwave in room, comfy beds, soft and hard pillows, TV that works, etc.”

• Breakfast was expensive.

“Excellent hotel, very luxurious but be prepared breakfast for a family of 4 was nearly $60.00. It is a very classy place otherwise all the amenities. I wish we had stayed 2 nights.”

• Price of breakfast buffet, no vent fan in bathroom.

“I have stayed at the hotel three times this summer and every time it had been a delight, so I think I can safely say they are doing things right. We did not use the pool or exercise room, but our bedroom was large and comfortable and the staff was wonderful. I great place to stay.”

• The location of the hotel was convenient.
• There was not housekeeping. We stayed for two days but leave apart changing sheets and towels, they did not even make the bed.

“The location of the hotel was good. But the person who received us in the beginning was far from friendly. We had a lot of difficulty in accessing the high-speed internet which had limited or no connectivity. The person at the reception told us that we were supposedly not checked in the previous day! There was no complimentary breakfast (that was known earlier so no complains about that) but the only option was to go for the buffet, even though it said it would provide a-la-carte breakfast, there was no such thing and we had to pay for the complete buffet even if we were interested in a small breakfast.”

• Top quality products in the bathroom, beautiful decor, great breakfast buffet.
• Girl at desk a little hard to understand and did not seem friendly.

“This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I am still amazed! I would prefer a hotel with complimentary breakfast, as this cost us $50, a day, for 4 people who don't eat much.”

• Staff were very pleasant. Rooms were very large.
• Pressure in the shower, sink not separate from shower.

“We stayed one overnight and were pleased with the large size of the room, the refrigerator and microwave, the computer work area and rapid free access to the internet and the extra comfy chair and end table. A very nice room.”

• Beautiful rooms and hotel. Very classy.
• Couldn't swim. Hairballs and debris in pool. Room service trays left out all night.

“This is a beautiful hotel. I like an indoor pool but it was not clean and my family couldn't swim. There was a pile of 20 towels in our hallway that sat there all night, also room service trays and debris was along the whole hallway. I ended up on a different floor and it had the same situation. I notified the front desk in the morning and they had the towels picked up but the food and trays still littered the hallways. If there were higher expectations of cleanliness this would be a perfect hotel.”

• The staff was great.
• The pool was shut down and was not opened again as promised and also there was no ventilation in the room i.e. window did not open at all.

“The hotel was nice but I do not think that it deserved to carry the name of Hilton. During my stay I decided to visit the Double tree hotel and it turned out that hotel was 10 times nicer.”

• Every staff member I came in contact with was helpful and cheerful.
• The breakfast bar could really use some work. A lot of money for what was available.

“I can not praise the workers at this hotel enough. Everyone from the custodian who opened the front door for me, to the desk help to the wait staff was friendly and helpful and made me welcome. I had dinner at the hotel and was concerned as there was only one other person in the restaurant. I was pleased when my meal was excellent in every way. I have never gotten a better deal on a hotel in the Boston area and never had such a nice experience. Thanks!”

• Cost and quality of breakfast and poor HVAC system.

“I have stayed here 3 times and the only thing I really like is the location. Continental breakfast is not included and the cost for what they serve is ridiculous. HVAC system hasn't worked properly in 3 stays. This should only be a 2 star hotel.”

• Maids and breakfast staff very nice; room quite comfortable.
• Bed not comfortable; TV broken and not fixed when reported; lack of restaurants in near proximity.

“Overall, above average comfort. You have to have a car it's a $60 one way cab fare into Boston and it's not really near any points of interest.”

• Staff seems much hassled. Breakfast poor.

“Breakfast buffet was not fresh and very over priced. No reduced price for kids. Wake up call came an hour early because they did not change the system when the clocks changed. When I told the front desk they said "what do you want me to do?" Not even an apology. Everyone working the desk seems hassled!”

“We were in the area for college visits for our high school senior, and were not familiar with the area at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will stay again the next time we are in the area.”

• The hotel staff gave us milk for our son even though we did not purchase the buffet.
• It took a while to check in.

“It was nice to have free printing on the hotel's computers and the staff was accommodating. The room was clean and the location was great - near Boston and a wedding we were attending in Weston.”
