• Excellent staff, breakfast.
• No pool.

• Nice staff.
• It is the worst insulated and built place I have ever seen.

“Unless you plan on staying on the top floor do not stay at this hotel. It was put together with the poorest craftsmanship I have ever seen. The floors are not even nailed down. Every step the person above you makes sounds like the ceiling is coming down below. The hallways even had huge divots in the floor under the carpet. This is the second Holiday Inn I have seen that was slapped together and no one seems to care. I would expect better if it were being built for me. Holiday Inn should really look into who is approving the inspections of there hotels.”

• It was nice that they have such a great breakfast bar.
• I would like a swimming pool.

“We were going to a wedding and we needed to be close to the church, reception place, our sister-in-laws and eating places. It was perfect. Also, our daughter and son-in-law were attending the wedding and they had their six month old to care for and everything worked out fine. Thank you!”

• The rooms were clean and modern.
• No pool at hotel for the kids.

“The rooms were new and very clean. The breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the selection. Staff was attentive to our needs. Very quiet, despite being next to the highway. A pleasant stay!”

• Quick service, clean newly remodeled, hot breakfast.
• Too hot in room even with high cool fan running.

“Hotel was nice all around except for the heating system in room that night. Had hot breakfast for the month of Feb and was good except for the microwave scrambled eggs!”

• This hotel was clean, staff friendly, good location.
• Make guests aware of all security on site.

“Hotel met most expectations. My husband and I were on a vacation trip. We are especially interested in the security of hotels for the guests. More hotels should give information to guests of the security the hotel has in place.”

• The bedding was very nice and bed comfortable.
• I had to walk back in the hotel as got last room in the back.

“I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn Express, it was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with every amenity you would expect and more, the breakfast was very good and served nicely and in clean and comfortable surroundings.”

• Staff was very friendly.
• No ice machine on my floor.

“Pleased with my stay. My room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. I did ask if I could have the 1st available one and indeed, one was put in the room. I feel that all rooms should have at least a refrigerator considering the low cost of same especially when there is not an ice machine on each floor. Having a cold refreshment in a fridge just makes the stay more homelike.”

• They had a very nice complimentary breakfast bar. The rooms were very clean.
• They did not tell me about the bonus point¿s award program on my first stay.

“Comfortable and clean rooms. Enjoy the extra amenities that they provided, i.e., shampoo, cream rinse....”

• Really enjoyed the new linens on the beds.
• In the rooms with Queen Beds they had no fridge or microwave ovens.

• Anything we wanted or needed was taken care of promptly.
• Can't think of anything negative.

“First of all the greeter allowed my wife and I to check in early. After being on the road for several hours it was nice to put our feet up for a short time before having to go somewhere. That set a pleasant trend for the rest of our trip. We just enjoyed the whole experience of staying there.”

• The new triple-bedding!.
• Missed the courtesy newspaper on weekend.

“Having stayed in Holiday Inn Express at various other locations, this stay just reconfirmed that it is an excellent choice. Courteous and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, attentive room service (willing to wait for us "slow pokes") plus "we care" amenities - breakfast, cookies, soup. A real deal for the money.”

• Standard room very cramped with 2 beds.

“This hotel was in the process of receiving a facelift. The location was not the best for my purposes but, it really wasn't too far out of the way either. Management was very attentive and met needs and expectations.”

• The breakfast bar and friendly customer service staff were this hotels only redeeming quality.
• Housekeeping was probably the worst I've ever had at any hotel.

“I was not very happy at all with my stay. The first room they put us in was a smoking room and it reeked of a dirty ashtray, my boyfriend couldn't even stand it and he's a smoker! Then we kept having to ask for housekeeping each day. We were there for three days and they only emptied the trash once. ”

• Highspeed Internet did not work...cust service couldnt help..

“Nice hotel for the price...My laptop would show it was connected to wireless internet but browser wouldnt open..office said it was caused by weather....never worked the three days I was there and weather changed....only had one HBO channel on the cable...but do not let this keep you from staying there...it is very nice and very friendly with nice rooms and cont. breakfast”
