- The decor of the rooms, and the friendly staff.
- Difficult to find the location even though you can see it from the highway.
“I found the front desk staff to be pleasant and answered all of my requests. King, non-smoking- first floor. Our room had been updated with new linens, window coverings, and bathroom sink and countertop. All were clean. Had a desk (and an office type chair), with internet access. I am familiar with the area but this hotel is hard to locate.”

- The 2nd room was okay, big bed and toilet worked, no problems.
- The 1st room had 2 double beds, no room to move, toilet was broke upon arrival, but got fixed.

- The location of the hotel was perfect for us.
- The hotel was not as clean as you'd expect a Sheraton hotel to be.
“The location of this hotel was excellent and it looked like they had even recently remolded the lobby area and restaurant. However, the rooms were lacking. The carpet was filthy, there was mold in the shower, the shower floor required you to wear shower shoes in the shower and quite frankly the rooms were too small.”

- The lock on the door was broken and the exterior door did not lock.

- Very clean. Nicely decorated rooms. Friendly staff.
- Would be better if the pool and hot tub were inside. It was closed for the season when we stayed there.
“This is a very clean, nicely decorated inn. The colors are cheery and the rooms are bright with comfy beds with extras like fluffy over sized pillows. The staff was nice and it was convenient having a restaurant and bar on site The courtyard is pretty. I would definitely recommend this place.”

- It was convenient for our needs, quick overnight stay, price right.
- Desk clerk never said two words to us. Toilet was stopped up.
“The Four Points Sheraton was fine for a very brief overnight stay. The desk clerk was unfriendly, had no customer service skills whatsoever, very unwelcome first impression. Room was ok, but the toilet was stopped up. Nice patio for coffee, but the sprinkler system sprayed directly on the seating area and covered the chairs and table with water. We checked in late, left early-it was OK for the 45 minutes we were awake in the room.”

- It was clean, and a good value. Very close to major roads.
- None of the ice machines in our wing were working. Had to go to the front for drinks/ice.
“The front desk attendant was rather "unfriendly" but completed her tasks with satisfaction. I was VERY impressed with the hostess in the restaurant she was very helpful, generous, polite and pleasant. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hallways and the room. Probably the most important to me was the fact that I walked in... my room was ready, I was registered and they were expecting me. When I left, it was a speedy check-out because everything was paid and taken care of. No hazels This is the first time I've used you and I will HIGHLY recommend you to all of my listeners.”

- Room was kept very clean by maid service.
- Only one elevator to service this large hotel. Our room was not near the elevator.
“The hotel is huge, with only one elevator, which is just off the lobby and very inconvenient to those staying on the 2nd floor in the back wings. We did not use the restaurants, but understood from another guest the food was good. I did call down about the Sunday breakfast buffet and was told it would be serving, but when we got there a sign was on the door stating "no buffet, menu service only". The hotel was in good location for our needs. Our room was kept very clean. The Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.”

- The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
- How clean it was.
“We found a large number of hairs scattered in the bed of the first room we were given. The staff at the front desk was really friendly about it and gave us another room. While not as many we still found hair in the bed. I do not know if the hairs were from the cleaning staff or what. The rest of the room looked clean.”

“Well, I was surprised to get this as I did not bid for a hotel in this part of town. My first impression when driving up is that it is a dump. But inside, the rooms are clean and up-to-date and I like the complimentary business center. The pot-holed parking lot lends the hotel an air of shabbiness that is off-putting as do bent screens on ground floor windows. It is not really near anything but the airport and a Sam's Club across the freeway.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The phone system had gone down, I had a very important meeting the next morning and needed my wakeup call. About 3 minutes after my wakeup call was supposed to be I heard a knock at my door, it was security waking me because the phone system had gone down, if not for that I would have been late. I had a successful meeting and landed a big account I had been after for quite a while, had it not been for that I could have been late. I appreciated the extra service, the staff at this hotel has always has been good but this was going the extra mile. Thank you for allowing me to book there.”

- I expect much more from a Sheraton Hotel. Not clean and not up-dated.

- Small Room, Worn out carpet, dirty carpet, No complementary breakfast. Charge for newspaper.

Security locking of side doors not adequate and interior stairway landings were dark and an excellent hiding spot people with the wrong ideas. - 24 hour a day business office with computers, Internet access and printing.
- The room was great, but bathroom in room could use remodeling.
“Pick up at the airport was good and friendly. Check in was easy. I got there early and my room wasn't ready so they gave me the first available. It appeared to be an older hotel that Ramada bought and remodeled well. The rooms were quite nice and the restaurant and bar seemed nice, though I didn't use them on this trip. It was quiet and near to the airport and within easy walking distant to a few restaurants. A young staff, but very friendly and efficient.”

- The beds are wonderful.
- The hotel is showing it's age a little, and the parking lot is very bad.
“This hotel was nice, even though it seems like it's on the older side. It has obviously been extensively refurbished. The hotel is laid out around a very large outdoor courtyard which has the pool and hot tub in the center. Our room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was nice, but Ia''m glad I checked our balcony door (it was unlocked). The beds were VERY comfortable, especially for hotel room beds, and had tons of pillows. They were out of king beds and we got a room with two beds that were doubles. I wouldn't recommend that room for 4 people, it would be a little crowded, I think. Everything was just about what I would expect from this level of hotel, except there was no elevator close to our room and the parking lot was like driving through a mine field.”

- They have convenient entrances & exits around the property.
- Upstairs hallways are not air conditioned, ONLY one elevator for property.
“This time I stayed at this location was much better than my last two stays. There is only one elevator for the entire property and it is by the lobby. The staff didn't mention that but pointed out where I should drive to the entrance closest to my room. This of course was the farthest entrance away from the lobby. My husband had just had surgery on his hand and couldn't carry the luggage. My daughter and I unload the car and walk the entire bottom floor with luggage in tow trying to find the elevator to the THIRD floor instead of trying to carry very heavy bags up all the stairs. We finally get to the elevator, up to the 3rd floor and all the way back around that floor to where our room was, and of course, the key wouldn't work! GREAT! I had to leave my family on the third floor (unairconditioned) and go all the way back down to the front desk and get the key fixed. I get all the way back to the room and open the door, someone else's stuff is already in the room. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk to get another room. The computers had been off all afternoon so I had to wait while they checked in all of the other visitors who had come in during the computer being down so they could find a room for us. All the while my family is sweltering on the top floor. This room, of course was not even close to the one we were waiting at or where our car was parked. THEN there was no remote for the TV and I waited over an hour for them to find one and get it to our room. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy, didn't sleep well and had to leave for a 6AM flight.”

- The bed was very nice.
- Staff at the front desk. Some were good. some were not.
“Room was nice. Bathroom was small. One desk clerk told us we would have to check out and then check back in. That was ridiculous We called back the next morning and another clerk took care of it for us so we did not have to check out.”

- Very comfortable bed, clean rooms, large bathroom.
- Had trouble getting to the hotel from highway. Awaken early in the morning 8:00 a.m. with cleaning ladies making lots of noise.
“The hotel was average for the hotels we have stayed in. But I would stay at this hotel again.”
