• The room was wonderful. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Love the pillows!
• The alarm clock didn't work, couldn't call the front desk, shower curtain wouldn't close
  and
  shower head leaked.

• smoky smelling floor(forgot to request nonsmoking room) didn't know entire floor would smell smoky and smell in room never abated..

• Sleep number bed was great! The pool looked great, wished I had more time to get to use it.
• There was rust on the floors in the bath room corners, and pull out sofa bed was broken when we tried to use it.

“It was very attractive in a nice area. Looked very safe. Pool was appealing my son was quite upset we didn't have time to use it. Loved sleep number bed. But maintained is an issue in the rooms. Corners in bath rooms had pealing wallpaper and rust spots and the sofa bed was broken and the closet door was off the hinges. If they pay a little more attention to the details this would be a 3 star quality easy. I would still stay here again. We were happy!”

• The maid service was excellent.
• The indoor pool/hot tub area and the work out center were a major disappointment.

• The hotel was conveniently located off the highway near restaurants and shopping. The comfort sleep beds was a nice touch.
• Breakfast was not included in the room rate.

“Very clean and appealing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room heater worked a little too well. I had to turn the heat off in the middle of the night. However, I'd rather turn the heat off though than freeze.”

• Clean, quiet & convenient. Nice large room.
• Buffet breakfast expensive.

“Our first experience with a sleep number bed was excellent. The price was very good, though the buffet breakfast was not included. Great selection of restaurants, shopping etc. within 2 miles. We would not hesitate to recommend this to others, but would suggest requesting a 4th floor room in case there are family reunions, a soap box derby (when we were there) etc to avoid noise from the lobby and pool.”

• Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at the front desk.
• The restaurant was not well stocked with either food nor wine.

“This hotel was ok. The on site restaurant had no white wines and was out of one of the selections on the menu, plus had no idea what we were talking about when we asked about a special that had been advertised in the promotional materials provided in the room. Advice to future travelers: definitely go elsewhere for dinner.”

“Commode did not flush properly report 2 times did not fix. Air conditioner barely cooled the room and was on lowest setting. Dirty wash cloth in bath on tub when I arrived. Only received morning paper 1 time in 3 nights stay. Employees seemed unconcerned with issues when presented.”

• Remodeling has added a lot of comfort to the hotel.
• New glass shower is hard to adjust. Water temperature before getting in & the new sink bowl splashes water all over the countertop.

“Very bad experience. Toilet was clogged at first, shower had very little water pressure and very little hot water. Although clean, room looked dingy. Book another night after the first and when I checked in was told every thing was fine then the next day they said we were not supposed to be there. A big hassle.”

• There were only double beds or king, no queen.

“We were very pleased with the accommodations. We hesitated when they only had a king bed or two doubles. We opted for the king, but were very surprised to find a couch which pulled out. That worked perfect with our children. It was a lovely stay.”

• It was located in a convenient area close to my grandkids residence.
• No one cleaned up the towels in the pool area on Monday, early part of the day.

“This is a nice hotel. I am not a sleep number bed person, but the experience was nice. The closet door was off the track, but the room was clean. The carpet was vacuum. The view I had was good of the surrounding area. I will probably stay at this hotel the next time I visit the grand children.”

• Very quiet, clean and friendly. Nice pool & hot tub. Good access to the room via stairs or elevator.
• The Sleep number beds were horrible! Our backs were killing us. It ruined our stay.

“Very pretty and quiet. Lovely dining facilities. The toilet got clogged. The sleep number bed was terrible which ruined our backs. But we rushed to the hot tub which opened at 6 AM so that was nice. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.”

“Public areas were extremely hot, ice machines broken, whirlpool broken, pool was dirty, and room air conditioner was very loud, front desk very unfriendly. Could be a nice place with friendly owners, decent maintenance and a good cleaning. As is, stay away!”

• It was better than an economy lodge.
• The elevators smelled and the Wi-Fi was not working and the power went out on the second day for quite a while.

“I would not say it was the worst place I ever stayed but it was not as nice as the pictures and description lead me and my wife to believe.”

• Pool was green and dirty.

“Hotel was not what we expected for a Radisson. We had difficulty getting a room with 2 double beds. The beds were hard. The elevator was very jerky and didn't line up with the floor. Worse of all, the pool was gross. I wouldn't even let my kids get in it. It looked like pond water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I gave it 2 stars because there were no 1 1/2 on the scale. It is a 1 1/2 star hotel.”

“There must have been some serious water damage, our bathroom smelled like sewage, you could not close the shower curtain, tiles were yellow and coming off the walls, the hallways and elevator smelled musty, mildew. Our sinus was in bad shape after sleeping there one night.”

• The Sleep Number beds are really uncomfortable.

“Nice hotel, a little lower class than the usual Radisson name would suggest. They need to include breakfast with your stay and change beds to a pillow top or regular bed. Staff was helpful and the pools stayed open late.”

• We enjoyed the Sleep Number Bed.
• The hotel pool and Jacuzzi were small and not very clean.

“The hotel front desk staff was rather impolite, and kept putting us off to answer the phone. Our total check in took nearly 15 minutes. Aside from that, the room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was very nice. The pool was rather unclean and a bit disappointing, and their 'fitness facility' consisted of a treadmill and elliptical, both of which were occupied for our entire morning. Aside from these things, we had a pleasant stay.”

• They upgraded my room with a pleasant attitude. Everything was clean and beautiful!
• Pool water was cloudy and rusty looking.

“Excellent hotel in a great location. Nice, quiet, non smoking rooms with beautiful decor. The lobby was very nicely furnished and comfortable looking. The restaurant looked very nice even though we didn't get to eat there. Just an overall wonderful experience!”

• It was clean, well maintained and comfortable. I appreciated having free wireless hook-up.
• During the snowstorm, (albeit, the biggest one in years), the parking lot was not plowed by rush hour in the am.

“It was a comfortable stay. Clean room. Because of the snowstorm, the chef didn't make it in one night which made it inconvenient for those looking to "stay in", so I had to go elsewhere for dinner. The cleaning staff also was not available. Slight inconveniences, but inconveniences just the same. Overall an enjoyable stay.”

“Most of the hotel was clean; lobby, halls main part of room, including bed. All very clean. Bathrooms on the other hand are dated and not very clean. moldy grout, hair on the shower walls. Booger and writing on the wall, almost gave it that public restroom feel. The hotel was busy, and I arrived very late, so they had trouble finding another room. I was traveling alone, so I conceded to stay in the room, for a reduced rate, after they cleaned the walls in the bathroom. $10 breakfast is not worth it. I have much better "free" continentals. I would not stay again, especially if traveling with family.”

• No mini-bar or refrigerator in the rooms.

“For the price I got for the room, my stay was great. However, if I'd paid the regular price, I would have been disappointed. We were hungry when we arrived, but the restaurant and room service were closed, even though we wanted to eat within their normal hours. We went out to eat, and brought our leftovers back, but there was no fridge in the room. And then, I found that they're cable doesn't support Comedy Central, so I missed the Daily Show. But the room was very spacious and clean, and the king size sleep number bed was appreciated. There are many restaurants around, and it's located with easy access to the highway.”

• There was prescription medication on the floor for my 1 year old to put in her mouth!

“I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. We came to the hotel expecting a clean room and clean facilities. The room looked clean when we came in but my 1 year old was walking around and found a prescription medicine on the floor and brought it to me! She normally puts things in her mouth b/c she is at that age. If she had done that with this medicine she could have died! Because I am familiar with medications I know that it was a blood pressure medicine, had she taken it most likely her heart would have stopped. When I addressed the staff about it, they did nothing except say they would talk to housekeeping. To me this was bigger issue! After this we went to the pool to swim. It was not clean and had slime all over the top of it. I am very unhappy that I had to pay money to stay at this hotel when staying in our car or a motel 6 would have been cleaner!”

• All the staff were very unfriendly!

“The hotel was a great place for the money. Well worth it. Just don't expect the staff to be very nice or helpful. Some are just plan rude. Though I didn't go there to spend time with them.”
