• Parking was gated.

“I wouldn't say it was downtown. The room was very crowded and smelled like smoke. Our comforter had a cigarette burn on it - and there was ash trays all around the room. There was lots of noise during the night; people and dogs.”

“We wanted a King suite but ended up with a queen and when we complained they said sorry, no King available tonight. Strange. I cannot recommend them to anyone.”

• Great location. Ease of check in and out. Neat rooms.
• Housekeeping did not show up until I called front desk.

“Easy to find. Quite convenient. Overall nice stay. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired.”

• The suites were spacious and comfortable.
• The toilet did not work and I could not get refund of purchase price from front desk.

“This was a very comfortable place to stay, and I would consider going back there if in Chattanooga again. However, the toilet in our room was not operating properly or flushing completely, and we did not realize the extent of the problem until the following morning because we were out late the night before. When the problem reached crisis proportions in the early morning, there were no other bathroom facilities on our floor and we had to go down to the lobby to use the toilet. If we had been staying longer they would have given us another room, but we were checking out later that morning. So if you go there to stay, check the toilet immediately upon check-in, and complain immediately if it does not operate perfectly.”

• The room was very spacious, plenty of room, great breakfast.
• The pool was overcrowded.

“We had stayed at this hotel prior to this visit. We stayed in a smaller room. This time we opted for the two bedroom, it was much larger than I expected. The staff was great! The breakfast is a refreshing change from the "continental breakfast" others offer.”
