• It was a suite with excellent Internet access.
• Air-conditioner did not work well-it was a bit musty.

• friendly staff
• no table in room to eat at.some mold in room

“Staff was very nice and helpful.They let me use there computar to print out coupons for attractions that we where going to.the room needed a table to eat at there was plenty of room.The only problem was that htere was some mold in spots in the room.”

• room had a microwave and a mini refrigerator, good continental breakfast.
• Stayed 5 days, Each day by socks with dark from dirt on carpet, yuck

“Nice looking hotel, the plummbing is very loud from adjacent rooms, the carpets we dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.”

• It was conveniently located and the staff was friendly and helpful.

“The rooms could use to be updated. The room we stayed in was not as clean as I would have expected but was a nice large room which was great for traveling with children. The pool water was cloudy and cold. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.”

• Quiet.
• The room smelled like smoke, I'd asked for non-smoking.

“This hotel was in the middle of nowhere; only a WalMart with 2 restaurants nearby. I would've complained about the smoking room but at that point I couldn't be bothered, as it was only for one night.”

• The room smelled so much of smoke. We could not stand it.

“We arrived late. We are a family of 4 and they only had a king room left. That was fine one of us could stay on the floor. They only had a smoking room. The room smelled like we were in a smoke filled casino. I have never stayed in a room that smelled so bad. We had the windows open, they gave us an air purifier, but nothing helped.”

• Terrible plumbing sound insulation.

“Bedrooms were ok, but the suite area was a little on the worn side. The couch and chair were something you would sell at a garage sale, not buy at one. No coffee table. The ice maker in the hall was the worlds loudest.”

“Conveniently located away from major downtown area but close enough to afford easy accessibility. Be careful with the breakfast rolls though, got a bad one and it was all I could do to make it back to the room before the auto eject button was activated.”

“This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The Simmons mattress and down pillows are very comfortable. The suites are 2 roomed. The sitting area includes a fold out sofa, chair, table and chair set and TV armoire. this feature comes in handy when traveling with young children.”

• Very nice staff, nice breakfast set-up.
• Housekeeping staff did not speak English.

“This was a very nice hotel, which includes both regular hotel rooms and suites. If we had been given a suite, I would have agreed with the 2 1/2 star rating, but for a regular hotel room, it was not a 2 1/2 star property - the rooms were regular size and the mattresses were the old style hard motel mattresses, not the more plush and supportive mattresses found in all the nicer hotels these days. The property was clean and well maintained, well located, and there was an indoor pool that looked nice. There was no restaurant on-site, but the hotel had an excellent self-serve breakfast area and there was a Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door. Our only problem was with check-out - there was no bellhop, and the few luggage carts were being hoarded - we had to wait 45 minutes for a cart, which we needed because we had one heavy item with us that had to be carted. Other than that, it was fine, and I would definitely recommend the hotel.”

• Location was great.
• Our smoke alarm battery went off (because of low battery) during the night, hotel staff not helpful.

“Our room smelled bad and there was a barking dog next door. The smoke alarm battery was honking during the night, and the hotel staff was not very helpful in a remedy. We got very little sleep that night because of it.”

• Very nice staff, always helpful when asked.
• Nice clean hotel, but the AC was loud, the pool was very cold, the room I was in was non smoking room but it smelled stale or smoky.

“The hotel was more than adequate for the average traveler. The suites were a nice size. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor is a little hard on the eyes and could be updated. But overall very pleased for the price.”

“Great location for the activities we had planned, room was very comfortable and laid out well. Enjoyed the breakfast but froze in the indoor pool. I would stay again.”

• The young man at the front desk was very friendly.
• The rooms were dirty and in poor condition.

“This hotel needs some serious cleaning and remodeling. The rooms were dirty and had a foul odor to them. Everything felt unclean and out of date. The breakfast was just okay. We have stayed at other Country Inn and Suites, and this one was definitely below par.”

• Great Staff, Huge, Clean rooms, Great location.
• Pool had just a bit too much chlorine in it.

“The Staff were awesome. The room was bigger than I expected and was spotless. The continental breakfast included way more than any continental breakfast I ever had before (fresh waffles!). I will stay at this hotel every time I come back to Chattanooga.”

• The indoor pool was incredibly cold and my family did not get to enjoy it.

• Did not get my wake up call as requested. Good thing I have an internal alarm.

• The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, nice indoor pool Great Overall Experience.
• Nothing.

“It was a great hotel for our family's needs. It was very kid friendly - free cookies, kids books to borrow, nice indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions. The hotel also had a business center which allowed my husband to check his emails and stay connected with his business. The suite was great! It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again in the future!”

• I really loved having access to the Internet 24/7. It made the hotel stay that much better!
• On two occasions I found no towels or cups in the exercise room-I took towels from the swimming pool room as needed.

“I found that the hotel and staff were really good. They were helpful to me and my family during our stay in Chattanooga. They were always pleasant and willing to assist.”

• At the base of a mountain, but not a very scenic view, but it was still great.

“We got into town early, and they had a room ready for us and let us check in early. The hotel was easy to find, and very convenient to the things we wanted to do while in town. The staff was very friendly, and the room was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The hotel had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
• The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. I have gotten a back ache from it.

“The hotel was easy to find, easy access to restaurants. It was clean, the hotel staff were friendly. The only problem I had with the stay was that the mattress was rock hard. As a result, I now have a back ache. Other than this one issue, this was a nice stay.”

• We requested a crib and it was in the room upon arrival.
• Bad lighting, outdated carpet.

“Overall, very cozy with a nice front porch and pleasant, helpful staff. The pool was small and the rooms were a bit outdated. It had nice ammenities for a 2.5*, like deluxe continental breakfast and a small computer room.”

• Fairly good breakfast bar.
• Dirty elevator floor. Elevator smelled like cigarettes. Hotel largely empty yet staff placed noisy adolescents right across hall.
