• Loved the pool, the breakfast was great, the staff was helpful.
• They still have a hold on the funds it is 5 days later.

• The staff was great. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and family friendly!
• Towels by pool were a little flimsy.

• Noisiness of neighbors and crying children.

“Hotel is clean and easily accessible to i-24 and lookout mountain. Suggest placing travelers by type of travel group: business, couple or family.”

• Clean and clean.
• If anything it would be that I would build a nice fence in the back area, of the hotel that¿s the only area that doesn't well very nice at all.

• Next to good restaurant and Wal-Mart an great breakfast buffet.
• Not enough greeters/carts for luggage.

• The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, nice indoor pool Great Overall Experience.
• Nothing.

“It was a great hotel for our family's needs. It was very kid friendly - free cookies, kids books to borrow, nice indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to local attractions. The hotel also had a business center which allowed my husband to check his emails and stay connected with his business. The suite was great! It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again in the future!”

• Lobby and breakfast area were nice.
• Failure to satisfy guest requests of changing from smoking to non-smoking room.

“Hotel has potential, but staff needs to be more guest friendly. Very unprofessional appearance when approached front desk. Employees leaning on desk and not actively working. Rooms have potential, and they have adequate space for a family to stay for an extended period.”

• I really loved having access to the Internet 24/7. It made the hotel stay that much better!
• On two occasions I found no towels or cups in the exercise room-I took towels from the swimming pool room as needed.

“I found that the hotel and staff were really good. They were helpful to me and my family during our stay in Chattanooga. They were always pleasant and willing to assist.”

• Very friendly staff and clean facility.
• At the base of a mountain, but not a very scenic view, but it was still great.

“We got into town early, and they had a room ready for us and let us check in early. The hotel was easy to find, and very convenient to the things we wanted to do while in town. The staff was very friendly, and the room was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The hotel had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
• The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. I have gotten a back ache from it.

“The hotel was easy to find, easy access to restaurants. It was clean, the hotel staff were friendly. The only problem I had with the stay was that the mattress was rock hard. As a result, I now have a back ache. Other than this one issue, this was a nice stay.”

• We requested a crib and it was in the room upon arrival.
• Bad lighting, outdated carpet.

“Overall, very cozy with a nice front porch and pleasant, helpful staff. The pool was small and the rooms were a bit outdated. It had nice ammenities for a 2.5*, like deluxe continental breakfast and a small computer room.”

• Fairly good breakfast bar.
• Dirty elevator floor. Elevator smelled like cigarettes. Hotel largely empty yet staff placed noisy adolescents right across hall.

• hard to regulate temp in room, had a king and would have preferred 2 beds

• Called the hotel 3 times, each time phone rang over 20 x before being answered

“Staff could have been more pro customer in the breakfast area and left the food, plates, cutlery etc,out for those who arrived for breakfast Sunday at 10:30 instead of taking everything away while people were still trying to get food.”

• I was thrilled that there was a living room separate from the bed room, and that they offered additional toiletries on request if you forgot something
• I cannot say there was anything wrong with it

“It had a beautiful lobby with a fireplace. the rooms were very spacious with the living room separate from the bedroom. the staff was always nice and helpful. the room was very clean and it was located close to the things we went to see.. I plan to stay here again next time I come to Lookout Mountain.”

“The hotel was very nice. The room was very large and had a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, and iron. The breakfast was good too; in addition to typical continental breakfast fare, there was also eggs, sausage, and waffles that you made yourself. I also liked the business center.”
