• Had a refrigerator, microwave, pool, hot tub, and breakfast.
• The pool got crowded.

“We thought this hotel was a good one for us. Our room had a king size bed and a pull out couch in it. We also fit a roll away in there also. Clean hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great for 1 person or a whole family.”

• Located heart of Hill City, SD near by the major attractions.
• No restaurant for dinner time, only has breakfast.

“Good location, hotel workers are friendly and well-known to the city's attractions.”

• Desk clerk was very informative on site seeing information in the area.
• 12 miles away from local black hills attractions - seemed far.

“Staff was very accommodating. Also noticed Bible was open in our room and there were some children's Bible stories laid out in the commons area - being a Christian myself, I appreciated that. The hotel seemed a little far from local attractions, 12 mile drive.”

• It was very nice and convenient to the Hill City activities.
• There was nothing I didn't like.

• The rooms were too expensive for the amenities present.

• The beds were great.
• It would be nice to have a small frig in the room.

“Once we checked in, the front desk called to see if we had everything we needed. The room was nicely decorated and spacious. They started the breakfast an hour early on Monday, so that guests could get to the buffalo roundup at Custer State Park on time. We appreciated that service very much. They were very helpful with directions and information about the area. Very friendly staff.”

• Great scenic location, incredibly friendly staff, and beautiful rooms.
• We need eggs & sausage on breakfast buffet.

• The staff was amazing and the bed and breakfast was excellent!
• Nothing! Loved this hotel!

“I was very impressed with this hotel! I made a mental note to come back and put good reviews everywhere! We were traveling from WI to stay and see Custer State Park the following morning, excellent distance. I felt very safe, the food was wonderful, and the people were so helpful! It truly felt like a family owned-luxury hotel. My favorite stays so far this year in a hotel! Definitely, stay here if you are searching in the area!”
