• I thought the bathrooms were nice and clean.
• The coffee maker was disgustingly dirty, in the water area.

“The hotel was clean, easy to find, and nice. The staff was helpful. It was about a $20 cab ride back from Duluth, but split between 4 people was affordable. It was very easy to find, but if you have never been to Duluth or do not know your way around, I think staying in superior is not good.”

• First person at hotel desk was rude.

• The friendly staff; the pool, the continental breakfast; the locked entry doors.
• The garbage in the room wasn't emptied from previous occupants; signage on where to turn for the driveway.

“The staff were very friendly and good with the kids; offered up information about the pool, the doors being locked, the breakfast without having to be asked.”

• Extremely clean.
• No microwave or fridge, no lunch & dinner in building.

“It was a great time. Extremely clean. We did not know how far it was from the airport, no public transportation and no shuttle.”

• Not enough staff to check people in or answer questions.
