• We stayed in a suite and it was very clean, attractive decor, very comfortable bed and accommodations. Wonderful free hot breakfast.

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again.”

• I liked the location, the staff was very friendly.
• The bed was so hard I had a hard time sleeping. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but there where smoking rooms on the same floor. The smoke was very.

• The Staff went beyond the call of duty when asked for something, or inquiry.
• The surrounding people are quite rude.

“The location is great! Getting from place to place was perfect. My twin girls were at Ft. Jackson & we never had a problem getting there. Every where we went It was easy to get back & fourth. Would recommend it for the location alone.”

• Comfy beds.
• Blood on sheets, replacements brought and I had to change sheets. Curtains dont close.

“Very easy to find and pretty clean, but we had a few issues. I had blood on my sheets. And then when I called the front desk they brought me sheets and I had to remake my bed myself at midnight. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. Curtains did not close either so all night anyone who walked past our room could see in.”

• Nice beds, very clean.
• Trouble with check-in/out procedures.

“This hotel is easy to find - right off the highway. The room was very nice. We were just there for a quick one-night stopover on a longer trip. This hotel serve that purpose very well. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great too!”

• It was okay.
• You over charged me.

“You overcharged me and I will not use your service again. Remove my name from your database. Not only that, but both your overcharge and the hotels real charge is showing up on my credit card. I am disputing this bill.”

• Check-in and out was simple and quick, no complaints!
• Everything was great, no complaints!

“There was no wait time when checking-in. The staff was kind, helpful, and one of the male employees took interest in my plans and chatted with my boyfriend. The room was better than I had planned. It was completely above the standards than what I had expected because of the low price. The continental breakfast was good also.”

• Everything was really clean and the location was great. Good gym.

“I thought this place was easy to find and in a great location because next to mall and many restaurants. Also, lake Murray was one exit away and the park was great for a picnic lunch!”

• Very clean. Smelled clean throughout the hotel. Great location near shops and restaurants but off the busiest road. Easy to get to.
