• Front desk personnel were courteous and helpful with all request made during my stay at the hotel.
• The tile on the elevator floor was broken and appeared to not be an issue for maintenance to fix.

“One word sums up my stay at this hotel. Hospitality, I didn't secure my room until approximately 11:00 p.m. Because of class reunion events that started as soon as I arrived to Texarkana. The hostess at the front desk had just purchased a pizza and graciously offered me half of the pizza. I guess I really looked tired and hungry. The hostess then walked me to my room to make sure the keys worked and to check the room for cleanliness. She then provided me with extra towels without my request. When in Texarkana, I will always stay at the four points by Sheraton.”
