• Comfortable bed. Suite was a plus.Several restaurants within walking distance. Quiet.
• Some dust or plaster on woodwork near room divider.

“This was a comfortable room for the Priceline price. It was reasonably quiet in the room. Just above average continental breakfast with French toast and sausage and the ubiquitous Belgian Waffles.”

• Room was well laid out, comfortable and clean.

“The hotel looked old from the road and this was deceiving. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and well laid out. Internet was fast and worked seamlessly which was important to us. Would definitely stay again.”

• The room was spacious.

“The breakfast was horrible, cereal was stale, OJ was watery, eggs and sausage looked like it was cooked weeks ago. Tasted worse, my son's apple was even horrible, can't help to think health board needs to peek at this kitchen and process.”

• Bathroom needed new tile and wall covering.

“A conveniently located property. An older property that had been renovated but in some areas still looked old. The room was attractive if somewhat narrow, tight for getting luggage in and out on the cart. The bed was very comfortable. As indicated the bathroom needed new tile and wall covering.”

• Nice but old.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful was able to answer any questions. The morning breakfast was ready when posted as I had to leave early the next morning. It was top notch.”

• Convenient location.
• Room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was nonsmoking.

“We got two rooms for our stay in Knoxville, and arrived very late (1am), one of the rooms was not accessible and it took an hour to provide accommodations across the street at the hotel, it was very inconvenient, but we were too tired to complain.”

• Very clean, attractive, and spacious rooms.
• Couldn't find stairs. Had to rely on the elevator.

“I was very impressed with this hotel. The room did not have a hint of "smoke" smell which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious, clean and very well accommodating. Everything worked (iron, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioner, etc) check in/out was a pleasure, because the desk associates were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in Knoxville. (I have stayed at much more expensive hotels that were not even close in comparison with the cleanliness and appeal of our room, and overall hotel experience. Good job!)”
