• Hotel was very nice and clean.
• No complaints about this hotel, it served the purpose I needed nicely.

“Great location for traveler. Hot breakfast was nice in the morning while watching the morning news on the flat screen TV in the lounge. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked for a 3 star accommodation, but building was clean.”

• Immaculately clean, modern look, comfortable bedding.
• Nothing, it was great.

“The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 40 amongst many places to eat, gas up or grab coffee. It's great for the traveler driving long distances. The place was really up to date and included cloud nine bedding e.g. down comforter and pillow top bed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well.”

• The bathroom had repairs and looked very bad.

“It was in a good location close to Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. Good places to eat close by and shopping near the hotel. The breakfast was very good with eggs and sausage.”

• Right off interstate, good pool and breakfast.
• We were stopping overnight while traveling, it was perfect for us.

“Best Western is a clean hotel right off I-40. The staff is courteous and the indoor pool and hot tub were nice for unwinding and getting the energy out of the kids.”

• It's always clean, the staff is nice and food is good.
• It's a little out of my way but worth the extra mile.

• Indoor pool was a nice touch, but a little cold. Fridge and microwave also good.
• Beds were very uncomfortable.

“Overall, I was happy with the room. It was very convenient to the Zoo, which was our reason for the trip. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, but it was cold. Fridge and microwave were also nice touches. Hot breakfast was edible. Only negative was the beds, they were very uncomfortable.”

“This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. It was clean, well lit, had microwave and fridge as well as good breakfast. Amenities were replaced every day and people were friendly and efficient. I plan to return if in the area.”

“Room was not ready when arrived to check in. We were told that breakfast was from 7 10 am. At 9:00 we were told that breakfast was over and we could not eat. The room key stopped working at 10:00 and check out was at 11:00. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The pool area was very nice.
• Furniture and beds were low grade.

“The hotel was overall very nice for a 2-star hotel. I am accustomed to staying in 3-star hotels, so this hotel was sub par for that. The breakfast was a nice benefit, got scrambled eggs and sausage links as well as hot, freshly-made waffles. The hotel seemed pretty deserted when we were there, made it very quiet (which was very nice).”

• It was very clean.
• It was misleading on the room we thought we were reserving.

“We were lead to believe that our room was going to have three beds. When we arrived it only had two beds. When I showed the hotel clerk our reservation form he replied that the ad was very misleading. If they know that it is misleading then it should be changed. The room was very nice we were just mislead as to believe the number of beds we were suppose to receive in our suite.”

• The pool temperature was a little cool.

“Very good location close to all the sites in pigeon forges without all of the traffic. I was able to get a very good price here when most of the hotels in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg were full.”

• A great bed, inside corridors, friendly personal, very nice!
• We liked everything!

“The hotel is easy to find, right off the interstate with a friendly staff. There are fast-food restaurants nearby as well as a very nice restaurant in front. The rooms are very nice with soft and comfortable beds and a nice desk and chair to complete paperwork. A good, warm breakfast is included in the price.”

• The breakfast in the morning was nice.
• The hot tub had so much chlorine that it discolored our wedding rings.

“The hotel was close to the Interstate with restaurants close by. It was a new hotel with nice rooms including a fridge and microwave. The only complaint was that the indoor pool was too cold to be used by the kids and the hot tub had so much chlorine that it discolored our wedding rings. The front desk was not very helpful, only saying that someone must have poured something in to cause that to happen.”

“Loved this hotel. Super clean, pretty view, close to restaurants, yet quiet. Wonderful indoor pool and hot tub, my husband and I visited it, and it was very tastefully decorated. Free hot breakfast, super fast make your own waffle maker, and lots of satisfying selections. Fast Internet, great to be able to check our email! We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We plan on revisiting often.”

“This was a very nice hotel for the most part. Very clean and well kept up. It was in a good location and seemed very safe. However, the only disapointment was the breakfast facilities. It was very crowded and we had to wait in line. The person staffing it was not friendly and did not replenish the food.”

• The paper thin wall--a man in the next room fell asleep with his tv on Woke me at 3:30 am. I needed sleep to drive all day.

“I liked the local, the appearance, the facilities; the breakfast was nice. The walls are paper thin. When the tv woke me, I also heard his phone ring when the front desk called. Most disturbing”

“What a great hotel. It has to be a brand new facility. Conviently located near I-40, great hot complementary breakfast (biscuits and gravy, yum!), good indoor pool, lots of restaurants close by (including good Chinese takeout). Loved having access to luggage carts and friendly staff. Highly recommend.”
