• The pool is open to the public.

“The pool and hot tub is open to the public. Too many kids. They let 4 year olds in the hot tub to jump and splash around. And in the pool a kid that was just there to use the pool for the day did not go to the restroom but used the pool instead. Little brown bombs floating around.”

• Location/restaurant on sight.
• Not being able to bring food/drink into pool area.

“It was a very nice stay - we all had fun at the water park - wish we were able to bring in our own cooler and snacks into the pool area. The non-smoking room we were in smelled of smoke. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.”

• The hotel was very clean :) the breakfast was excellent.
• My child got pink eye from the pool but such is life.!!

“I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was very clean and that is a HUGE thing to me!! The continental breakfast was excellent and clean. We were able to get extra blankets with no problem. The baby crib was a little chincey but worked all the same. Keep up the good work!!! Loleta snow”

“We were given a handicapped room - that was totally unacceptable! Then the new room we were given had garbage (banana peels) in the bathroom, the curtains were stained & hanging wrong. There was garbage in the hallways - pieces of banana; rolls; snacks; - the floors were wet from the children running all over the place & kids were running threw the halls till midnight. Not a pleasant stay at all. I already complained to corporate.”

• The water park is a joke. No maid service.

“I didn't enjoy the stay. There was no maid service so the room wasn't straightened up the couple of days we were there. The water park would be just fine for little ones, not teens and older. I wouldn't even call it a water park. It's a pool with some water falls and a slide that is no deeper than 4 1/2 feet deep.”
