• Clean and upscale furnishings. Loved the walk-in double shower and robes.
• Chemicals too strong in hot tub.

“Wonderful hotel and conveniently located to business and leisure activities. Felt pampered by the little touches such as Kohler fixtures and Bose radio. Sleep number beds were very comfortable. Room might be snug for families with infants needing porta-cribs. Location felt very safe and was very quiet. Will be happy to stay again in the future.”

“Hotel was easy to find and the service was friendly. Very clean and quiet. No complementary breakfast though there was coffee in the room.”

• The staff was outstanding
• Can't think of a thing!

“I made the mistake of coming into Milwaukee on Hwy 43 instead of Hwy 41. I called the hotel for directions and Nicole, who was tending the front desk gave me directions including exit #'s, distance left before hitting that exit from where I was. For someone in a strange city, not knowing where I was going, this was a lifesaver!!!”

• Pool hours for adults could be extended.

“A very nice hotel. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable, with a great desk with a dataport phone. The bathroom was large with nice amenities. A beautiful lobby and bar area. The hotel is very hard to spot from the road. The exercise room has good equipment in it but could use a few more pieces. The mattress on my bed wasn't very comfortable though.”
