• It was close to my destination.
• Hall ways smelled like stale smoke.

“It served it's purpose. Was not looking for 5 star treatment, so I knew what I was in for. But the rooms were comfortable and we did not spend any time in the room other than sleeping, and getting ready. Cleanliness was questionable.”

• Convenient, easy to locate, priced right.
• I have a slight hearing problem and could not understand the clerk or manager.

• The location kept you from hearing the freeway traffic.
• When I came out of my room you could smell cigarette smoke.

“The gentleman that was working that evening was very friendly and cordial. The young lady who was working in the morning was also very pleasant. If I was to come to Dexter again I¿d surely stay in this hotel. Maybe this time I could get up early enough to have breakfast.”

• Location.
• There wasn't a bathtub just a shower not great for kids bath time.

“This hotel was okay for my stay the only thing I wish is that it had a bathtub.”
