• Staff is helpful. Right in heart of action of downtown. Next to Amtrak Station.
• Air conditioning poor. Elevators slow.

“Great location for enjoying the sites of downtown Reno. Right next to Amtrak Terminal. Rooms are spacious, clean and neat. It is one block from National Bowling Stadium. The hotel is right on the free scenic bus line and is also one block from the main City bus Depot. The restaurants are fairly priced with good food.”
