• It was beautiful and very romantic. Great for our anniversary!

“Our room was very large and beautiful. The bed was luxurious as was the bath. Great view and fun atmosphere. Great shopping and dining. We did not gamble but there was a great casino there.”

• World's best shopping downstairs.
• First room offered was sub-par.

“When we checked in, the clerk asked if we wanted to upgrade the room. We had no reason to believe it was necessary. Until we got to the room. It was tiny, had a view of a cement wall and not at all what we wanted. We called the desk immediately and upgraded to a much nicer room for an additional $40.00 per night.”

• The spa is wonderful!
• The room was a little worn, and food is too expensive.

“The lobby, casino, spa, and shops are in great shape. My room was in the older tower. I was offered an upgrade at the hotel for an extra $ a night which would include a flat screen TV, standard for most upscale hotels. The spa is wonderful, and the massage I had there outstanding. Food and drinks can be very expensive.”

• Great public spaces. Nice theme and great pool.
• Pay internet. That is just stupid in this day and age.

“Real big nice hotel if you like the Roman motif. Fantastic pool and the staff were friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Price is good for the strip and for a more deluxe hotel. Good selection of food although a bit pricey. My only real complaint is the pay internet. I mean, c'mon. I can go to cheap hotels off the strip and get free internet.”

“Its Caesars Palace, you expect grand but you don't realize it until you actually step inside of incredible it is! I would stay there again anytime. Another plus, its central on the strip so you can walk either way to find something to do.”

• The hotel room is very beautiful, clean and well furnished. The overall hotel is luxurious and in a very good & centralized location.
• We did not like the overhead fan in the hotel room. It was too noisy.

“Hotel was great, good location. They gave us a free upgrade to the Forum tower. Wasn't affordable tables to gamble at for a casual player though, and the Bar Tenders were terribly slow and very rude. The pool was fantastic though.”

“We had an incredible time! It was our 10th wedding anniversary and it was well worth it to stay at Caesars. The room was romantic and we were instantly upgraded to a fantastic mini-suite! That made the weekend the best ever!”

• Room seemed old and not updated as it could have been.

“I was disappointed in the quality of the room we had. It was not as modern as I had expected it to be for Caesar's Palace. There were places on the room walls and doors (and in the hallway) that were scuffed up and dinged.”

• Overall facilities are great.
• Our room was on the third floor window locked up at massive air-conditioning units door to water closet did not open and close.

“Room was clean but a very poor location (see above). We had a sit down breakfast in the hotel. The service was very slow, the meal not cooked to order (was sent back) a lot of excuses about being short of help and the bill took for ever to get to the table (paid cash) more excuses of being shot of help.”

• Very nice hotel. They upgraded our room so it was huge! We had 2 bathrooms.
• The shower spilled water all over the floor in both bathrooms and the shower doors were clear and you could enter from both sides.

“Nice hotel. We asked if it was possible to get an upgrade and they said sure! We had a huge room and 2 bathrooms which was really nice since there were 3 of us. The shower did spill water all over the floor so do not put your clothes on the floor like I did, they were soaked! Also, the shower is accessible from both bathrooms but the doors are clear so you can look into both bathrooms. (We put towels on the doors but we also needed the towels to shower and to clean up the water on the floor.) Overall, we enjoyed our stayed. The beds were super comfortable and so were the sheets. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We stayed in the palace tower.”

“I was very disappointed in the room. The lining in the tub was peeled off and the beds were uncomfortable. The view from the room window was terrible and there was trash all along the balcony. Not at all what I expected. I travel to Vegas on business and pleasure several times a year and would probably not stay at this hotel again.”

“Everything was top notch except for check-in. Other than that it was great, food was way too expensive. Had to go elsewhere to eat. Breakfast was $48 plus a tip. Ridiculous. We're not rich nor are we celebrities. I would return though.”

• Very elegant, rich & classy hotel, fantastic suite in Augusto Tower, staff generally very helpful, Valet Parking amazing and free so highly recommended.
• No coffee maker in the room despite top class suite hotel, many areas too smoke, casino was a bit old looking.

“WE LOVED THIS HOTEL, GOT FANTASTIC SUITE IN AUGUSTO TOWER FOR A REASONABLE RATE, AMAZING VALET, PARKING WAS FREE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WILL CERTAINLY STAY HERE AGAIN. DINING IN HOTEL PRICY THOUGH MAY CHECK OTHER PLACES”

• The view was great, could see the water show at Bellagio from the window.
• The walk to get from your room to any place in the hotel was really long.

“When I checked in they did not a non smoking room, so the gave me an upgrade to a suite that was in a new tower and assured me that it had not yet been smoked in.”

• Loved the flat screen TV¿s and royalty-style beds!
• The place is huge - we had to walk really far to get to registration and our room.

“This place is absolutely gorgeous! It makes you feel like royalty! There is a flat screen TV in the bathroom, right next to the Jacuzzi tub - I think that was the best part! It would have been a wonderful room for a romantic getaway but my two kids thought it was pretty cool. I would definitely stay here again.”

• They cancelled my reservation.

“Caesars Palace intentionally cancelled my room for Thursday, Oct 26th because they thought they confirmed me at rate that was too low. My feeling is that a deal is a deal. How can you cancel someone after a reservation is confirmed? You really start to lose trust in the management staff that allows this to happen. I looked for over 3 hours for another room. It really messed up my day.”

• They cancelled my reservation for Thursday, Oct. 26. I was mad about it but they wouldn't do anything about it.

“Hotel is great but they cancelled my room for Thursday night without asking if it was OK. No it's not OK because I needed that room because my plane wasn't going back until Friday at 10:30 AM. I looked and looked for a room. Why did you just cancel my room? It really left a bad feeling in my heart about your hotel. ”

• Grand! Magnificent landscape, sculpture, pools, shops.
• There was some smoke problem in the low ceiling area of the casino.

“I stayed 3 nights and the staff were helpful, the weather great, and the shopping at the Forum spectacular but expensive. I had a nice view of the mountains and evening sunsets. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice. The pool area is probably the most Grand in the US! Caesars is centrally located on the strip. I definitely will go back the next trip to Vegas.”

• This hotel was very convenient to everything-in the heart of the strip.
• Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke-need better ventilation system.

“The hotel itself was excellent and the location was convenient to shopping, monorail, or Duece buses. Our room was on a non-smoking floor which continually smelled of smoke. I think they need a better ventilation system. Overall it was a great experience.”

“The hotel was great. I did have trouble with getting my reservation. I finally got someone on the phone from Caesars and he took care of it all for me. Very nice man. Another reason why I would stay there again.”

• Very centralized with lots of places to eat, people watch, and shop.
• Very expensive to eat here (even in their "food court") but it's Vegas, and it was worth it.

“Efficient staff, wonderful clean and comfortable rooms ( the beds where amazing). Quick room service and delicious food. enjoyed my stay very much.”

• Restroom was big and had good lighting, Forum Shops.
• Beds were small, appeared to be twin not queen.

“I enjoyed my stay, especially because I had planned on going to PURE and that turned out to be really convenient as well as the FORUM shops, where I did a lot of shopping. I was able to check-out over the phone, that was quick and the person was friendly.”

“I enjoy the rooms wonderfully. But the casino there was no one winning. The casino should have a 75% winnings and 25% loss. I played the most of the machines and tables and I didn't win nothing. I was disappointed. The restaurants were delicious. The environment was overcrowd.”
