• It was adequate for our needs. it was very clean, very quiet, and very nice for the price.
• The toilet was clogged, but the front desk took care of it as soon as we notified them.

“This hotel was very nice for the price. The lobby appeared to be very clean (I was too tired to really notice). Our room was very clean and quiet, with adequate towels and bath amenities. There was no refrigerator in the room. That would have been nice. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but hotel AC's usually are. We were only there for one night and for our needs it was fine.”

• Service at desk and the comfortable bed.
• Strange room layout?

“Excellent service and clean room. Bed very comfortable with a "Blanket" to cover one when you watch TV.”

• The staff was excellent - all questions answered quickly and accurately.
• We did not have a fridge in the room.

“The hotel was worth the stay. The room could have been a little more spacious and had a fridge, but it all worked out in the end.”

• The hotel was very clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful; and there was a great selection for breakfast.
• It was a short distance to Hershey and to the PA turnpike. We would have preferred a more convenient hotel to our destination.

“Our hotel room, hotel lobby, entrance, etc. were very clean and smelled clean. Gladys, there was no odor of cigarette smoke in any part of the hotel that we were in. The great room in which breakfast was served was also kept very clean and breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods, which was great for picky eaters like our children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel clerk asked why were in town and offered us directions to Hershey Park.”

• It was close to the airport and easy to find at night in a strange town.
• I didn't like how loud the cleaning ladies were early in the morning out in the halls and the doors slam quite loudly.

“I will definitely stay there again when I am up that direction. It was clean, friendly and convenient to everyplace I wanted to go. The staff was courteous and friendly. I give it three stars, at least!”

• Location was near my daughters college. Normally rooms are clean (but not this stay).
• There was an odor in the room and found mold on the curtains.

“I've stayed at this hotel many times before and this was my first unpleasant stay. I could not pin point the odor in the room until I realized the next morning that there was mold on the curtains. I was very disappointed that it didn't seem to phase the receptionist at the counter when I explained what I found.”

• Friendly staff.
• I thought the hotel was a touch over priced for a 2.5 star hotel.

“My time spent in this hotel was very brief, as I was attending a party in the nearby area and only ended up staying in the hotel a few hours. The front desk person, however, was one of the best I've ever encountered. I regret I cannot remember her name, but she was slender, with about shoulder length blonde hair--very great person at the front of the house! There was also another very friendly and helpful clerk at the front desk the following day. I wasn't particularly impressed with the accommodations, but I wasn't expecting to be, and I was in no way dissatisfied with them, as I found that they were certainly as much as advertised. I would consider staying at the hotel again, not for the aforementioned accommodations, but simply because the staff was so friendly. Thanks for a nice visit.”
