• Great beds! Awesome breakfast and very clean!
• Pool water very cold!

“We loved staying at this hotel. We only had a king size bed though and we were traveling with our children so we were very happy we brought an air mattress. The bed was very comfortable and restaurant and store access was close.The breakfast was so good and much bigger than a normal continental breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Free assortment of cookies, book rental, and expanded continental breakfast.
• I requested a free upgrade over the phone one week in advance. When we arrived, they hadn't upgraded us, & put us in the last avail room: a smoking room.

“It's great if you get a suite. If not, it's just a 2 star, with a good breakfast and a pretty lobby.”

• The best part of the hotel was the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The beds were too firm.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. In addition to breads and pastries there was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, cereal and fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions around town.”

• Local products used for continental breakfast; clean/comfortable/spacious room; friendly staff.
• I cant think of anything.

“Some families might not find it suitable, as there is a liquor store next door; but, no trouble occurred. Despite being in a well traveled area of the city, it was quiet in our room. For the price I paid, I wasnt expecting anything spectacular, but it was a really nice hotel! If I ever need to stay in Billings again, I will stay at the Country Inn and Suites.”

• The breakfast was wonderful.
• Nothing.

“Wow - what a nice hotel. Very clean and all the upgrades for the price. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles all complimentary. The pool was clean with live plants all around the windows. Staff was friendly and very professional! I will always stay at the country inn & suites when I come to billings.”

• It was nice looking.
• Noisy, hair in tub, uncomfortable bed & flat pillows, used coffee pod in my room's coffee pot.

“I was really excited that you upgraded my hotel to this place; but after staying there I was really disappointed. I would of complained - but after hardly any sleep - my daughter and I left early.”
