• Lots of room in the house, location.
• Dirty and smelled awful. Scam with charges. Poor heat.

“We stayed two weeks in one of the extended stay homes operated by the Room view Inn. The place was dirty and smelled awful. The heating system did not work and it became very cold at night. The house was drafty and cold air flowed in continuously. They stated that cleaning services were included once a week. We had to call three times to get someone to come over to change the sheets, bring fresh towels and toilet paper. When they finally came over to clean, the bathroom smelled worse than prior to cleaning. Be sure to read every word of the contract they give you when you check in. They go over some main points with you, but leave out the most important.”

• The location of the motel was great for our needs.
• Our room was a non smoking room. The people in the room next door smoked all night long and the smoke entered our room as did the noise.

“The first room we had did not have a window, it had a privacy glass sliding door that did not lock and went out onto a dirty patio with empty beer bottles and cigarette butts. The room was noisy and smoky from the people next door. The people at the front desk were kind enough to move us the next morning and the new room was much better.”

• Free coffee, good parking.
• Smoky rooms, old and worn, neighborhood.

“They try but for $65 bucks the Super 8 in Missoula was 10 times nicer and very accommodating. I had an injury and they were there waiting for me the next night at the Super 8 with warm greetings. Your phone clerk that helped me cancel my Roadway reservations in Buffalo, WY. Performed stellar service. She identified herself as Wendy I think. She transferred me to Chris (guy) I think and he got me the Super 8 in Missoula. I was not charged for Rodeway. I have told 4 people so far about your service in a very positive way. The Rim view, really is not my style.”

• Roomy, clean, great accommodation.
• Small parking lot.
