• Location.
• No newspapers available in the hotel lobby on Sunday morning.

• Everything.
• Short staffed on arrival night.

“This was a great hotel for our group to stay at - we were actually thankful that since we had to stay another night sue to road closures, that we were in such a friendly, family hotel. Staff was great - only one person when we checked in - but she was helpful and friendly (a little frazzled as to be expected, but still had a great attitude). The morning staff was very helpful in booking us another night as well as directing us to places to eat and things to do in the area. Pool / spa was very nice, as well as the exercise room. Loved the fact that they were posting weather and road reports for everyone, as well as having a free business center with computer so we could check on alternative travel routes ect. Would definitely stay again.”

• It was a newer hotel.
• Way too far from anything.

“The hotel was listed as billings but was infect 10 miles away next to a truck stop and a refinery. There are many places at competitive rates much closer to the business district. The hotel would be ok if you where just passing through.”

• Close to the interstate.
• Breakfast plates too small.

“Hotel was clean inside and out. Not near any good restaurants. Just fast food. Has several service stations close.”
