• The room service was friendly.

• Went down the elevator right to the Convention Center.
• $5 per day parking on site.

“I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to the Convention Center. The beds are very confortable and the staff is friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the parking was $5 per day on site. I know it isn't alot of money, but I just wasn't expecting it.”

• Got a great nights sleep on their wonderful Sealy Mattress!!
• No pay-per view channel option!

“The hotel was very sophisticated looking and not cheap looking. Great modern furniture throughout. Nice polite staff. ABSOLUTELY loved the bed... if you like a pillow top plush mattress, you'll love the beds at Sheraton! Had no disturbances. The first night, Friday, the water did not get as hot as I would have liked, but the rest of the weekend I was pleased. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Farther from the beach than I thought it was.

“The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly! The hotel was further from the beach then I thought it was. And they weren't willing to give us a room with a king size bed even though we told them we needed room to set up our baby's pack in play to sleep in, which made it very inconvenient and we had an extra bed in the room that we didn't need and it was in the way. We paid for valet parking and the guy that was suppose to be doing valet parking asked us to park our car ourself in the valet lot. And every time we came to the hotel there never was anyone available to park the car. At the end of our stay we let them know and they did take the charge of valet parking off our bill. The pool is really small and is only 3 ft deep for the whole pool and the spa was extremely dirty.”

• Central location. Quality rooms. Friendly staff and convenient parking.
• The only thing I felt was not up to the high standards in this hotel, was the restaurant.

“I have stayed there before this was not my first visit to this hotel. It met all my expectations and I was greatly pleased staying there. I only felt that they could improve on the restaurant menu and staff a little.”

• It was very clean, elegant,
  and staff were professoinally courteous.
• I did not like that there was internet service in the room for a fee about half of what I pay a month for at home, but was free in general public area.

• The bed and the pillows were so comfortable,I often have back problems form bad mattresses but I did not have a problem with this bed.
• I have nothing negative to complain about.

“This was a beautiful hotel in an excellent location,I did recommend this hotel to several of my friends. The parking was only five dollars a day and it was close to the rooms and it was secure, with cameras and had excellent security.”

• Room was clean and bathroom was large and spacious and bed was comfortable.
• They charge for parking which was totally unnecessary.

• The business center was convenient.
• The hotel charged for in-room Wi-Fi and parking in its structure.

“It's a good hotel if you're attending a convention in Myrtle Beach. But if you're coming to Myrtle Beach for the beach and the golf, it would be more fun and convenient to stay at a beachside hotel.”

• Very clean and staff was accommodating.
• Annoying to be charged for parking on in room hi-speed internet.

“We were very pleased with the Sheraton overall. The rooms were very clean, the elevators super-fast and the staff friendly and accommodating. We would have preferred to be on the beach, but it was easy enough to drive to one of the public access lots, so long as you arrived before 10:30 or after 2:00. I did not especially like having to pay $5/day for neither parking nor the $10/day for in-room internet, but we saved enough on the room to make that acceptable. Would stay here again.”

• This hotel was in a great location, staff was sweet, the room were very clean and we were able to save on attraction tickets. Overall great!
• The 8th floor was noisy with pets and small children.

• Location was central to Broadway at the Beach and access to by-pass 17.
• Pool is indoor and on the second floor.

“Overall very clean and modern styling in the hotel. Not beach front hotel, but approximately 3 blocks from the Ocean. Hotel is attached to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and can get crowed when shows are going on in the Convention Center.”

• I loved the lobby, amenities, and location.
• Out of all travles to Myrtle beach this is the first time I had to pay for parking

• Good location, Near the beach, but away from crowds. Parking Garage was $5 per night, but convenient.
• Advertised as Non-Smoking, but we could smell smoke inside our room. Guest service came & verified our complaint, but didn't do anything about it!

“Very nice hotel, which we enjoyed staying at! Except for our disappointment that they really didn't do much when we complained about the smell of somebody(s) smoking in their "Non-Smoking" hotel. Except to send someone to verify the smell, and then have House Cleaning come and spray some air freshener, that's all the satisfaction we got! A little disappointing for a 3.5 Star Hotel. Otherwise, everything was okay...”

• Paying to park in the garage that was not directly attached to the hotel. The hot tub could have been cleaner.

• Very clean, well maintained. Good location.

“Hotel room was quiet, clean, and very well maintained. Didn't look very old. We had a king bed (very comfortable). Stayed on the 10th floor. Decent view of the oceanfront hotels and some ocean from about 1/4 mile.”

• The atmosphere and location of the hotel was great
• Parking costs $5 which is not informed to guest, plus the hold that is placed on the credit card for accidentals

“The hotel was nice overall. Lightning struck the hotel the second night of our stay and although the public areas had power we were without power in the room for an hour. Also the parking deck is not connected to the hotel so guests have to walkout outside the hotel to get their vehicles. Moreover, parking costs $5 per vehicle, which is inot disclosed to the guests until check-out when the bill is printed. Addittionally the hotel places a $50 hold/charge for accidentals onto the credit/debit card without informing the guests. The pool area was very small for a facilty of it's size. Nevertheless, the hotel in general was nice I would stay there again, although it will not be near the top of my selection list.”

• WiFi was not available in bedroom. Had to go to lobby to use WiFi. Hotel has a daily fee if you use the high speed connection in the room.

• At least you don't have to pay $12.00 a day for parking like the Sheraton in VA Beach.
• We were given a king size bed for 2 adults and 2 kids and we stated when filling out the form on line it was 4 of us.

“Staff was good but motel doesn’t look like what was stated on line. Pool was only 3ft deep and room didn't look anyway like the pictures on line.”
