“When I first walked into the room it initially looked great until I opened the refrigerator and found food that had been left behind by the last person to use the room. The vending machines will take your money. The ice machines don't work. No phone book in the room and when I went to the front desk to get one I was only allowed to use it there instead of being given one for the room. The air conditioner would not cool the room very well.” Jul 2, 2008 by

“Everything was pretty much on the excellent side except that the toilet seat was not screwed on tight and it moved around a lot.” Apr 13, 2008 by

“This was the most disappointing hotel that I've ever stayed in. I had an eight hour drive and when I got there the room was not ready and we were asked to come back in about two hours which would've been 4:00 pm and the room was still not ready at that time. He gave us a free plate of food and that wasn't even enough for the trouble that I had to experience there. My towels in my room were very dingy (brown stained) it was a mess, the spread was very stained on one of the beds. I went out for the day and come back and when the housekeeper cleaned my room she put only one wash cloth in my room for me and my 2 children to use and then there was a janitor or someone on the floor sweeping (that evening) and I asked him if he could get me some more wash cloths because we only had one in there and he came back with a few hand towels for us to bathe with and that made me very angry, he said that they didn't have anymore wash cloths. I got locked out of my room 3 or 4 times and had to keep going to the front desk to get the key reset. I was very disappointed in my stay at that hotel and I will tell everybody about it and I will never stay there again! I felt like since I paid my money I should've have at least had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was very stressful.” Apr 4, 2008 by

“The bathroom had a bad smell, the internet didn't work at all, the staff was not very helpful. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.” Aug 1, 2007 by
Ramon from Laredo, TX
“Overall, not a bad stay for the price, although they were experiencing serious delays caused by problems in their housekeeping department. I would suppose that it was a temporary situation. Nevertheless, since I was traveling with 5 girls and all their luggage, I would only return if I could get a street level room.” Jul 10, 2007 by

“The hotel is well located and very comfortable. The shower was not functioning properly. The wireless internet did not work very well in the room, but it worked fine in the lobby area.” Apr 19, 2006 by
