• Convenience.
• Was on the bottom floor and people upstairs were so loud it woke us up.

“It was what we expected for the price. Very noisy people above us, but hotel did try and help us to quiet them down.”

• The breakfast was wonderful. The people were nice and helpful.
• The bed was not as big as my king size bed and the sleeper sofa wasn't as big a my queen sleeper sofa.

“The hotel was very good. The only thing I did not like was the size of the beds. The breakfast was wonderful. The place was clean and the people were nice and helpful. The shuttle to and from Six-Flags was very nice too.”

• Proximity to the ballpark.
• Bathroom was dirty, trash not emptied.

“Easy to find. Quick check-in. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. An overall pleasant experience.”

• Did not like motel.
• Bed to firm, toilet stop up, shuttle not available when needed.

“This hotel is very close to all attraction but to me beds were not comfortable. Door to bath room shut automatically (did not like that).”

• Close to ball fields, very nice pool for exercising.
• Only one elevator, hard to get around in with a luggage trolley.

• No major dislikes.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. That is the part that stood out the most! The room was clean and comfortable and the rest of the experience was about what you would expect for this level of hotel. Would stay there again.”

• Pool and spa... room was more than we ask for.
• Pool was not inside and cold and spa too hot could not communicate with cleaning people.

“The spa was way too hot. The pool was way too cold. I have trouble with my legs and I ask for a first floor, was given a 3rd floor... just because a person is not in a wheel chair doesn't mean they are able. I ask for a blanket and the cleaning people could not understand English So I didn't get the blanket. I ask for 1 room with king bed, was given a suite. it was nice. but like to get what I ask for....”
