• Everytime I stay at Staybridge I have a great experience. They are consistent in their quality no matter where I stay.
• I had trouble getting someone at the front desk in the morning for check out.

• So well renovated I thought the facility was brand new.
• Nothing, it was really great.

“The employees at the front desk exceeded my expectations, and that is hard to do. They were, thankfully, able to upgrade us to a king room with sleeper sofa which was ideal for us with a 3 year old and a 17 year old. The kitchenette had an eat on bar/desk area. It included a full size frig/freezer with icemaker, microwave, two burners, two pans, dishes, utensils, etc. so for a longer stay we could have very easily eaten in. The king bed was lovely, new duvet, flat screen TVs (2 in our king suite). My son used the internet connection with no problems as well. I can't imagine a better stay. The outdoor pool was clean and wonderfully cool.”

• The hotel staff was very nice they called our room to make sure everything was OK it was wonderful.
• They said the pool was heated but it was cold.

• We loved the spaciousness of the room!
• The maid did not replenish our soap or shampoo during our stay.

“Our room was very clean with a kitchen that was also very clean. It was nicely appointed, and the maid brought fresh towels and made the bed every day. There was a hot breakfast downstairs every day (which we didn't get to eat) but it looked and smelled very good. The desk staff was very friendly every time we walked through the lobby.”

• Loved the rooms. Great lay-out. Great shower. Comfortable bed & furniture. Awesome flat screen TV.
• Slow elevator - I was on crutches and on the 3rd floor.

“Very nice & comfortable rooms. Full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove top. Dishes provide. Showers were great, strong water pressure. Very nice 32 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player. Beds and linens were comfortable. Breakfast provided and they had a good selection. Clean rooms and lobby. Laundry room was free.”

“I think that the Residence Inn of Marriott (Round Rock) would have a problem knowing that Staybridge has the same rating. Staff attentive, Room

• The room itself was more than I hoped for. It was
  very clean.
• It would be nice to maybe have a DVD player available for use.

“This hotel was great. I was so pleased with my room and my stay. I had two other couples that I was traveling with and they were also impressed with the room and the hotel. It was really more than I had hoped for. I will stay there on future visits!”

• The staff was amazingly friendly, even late at night. The rooms were quiet.

• Overall it was beyond my expectations. I'm a new fan of Staybridge.
• I liked everything.

“It was perfect. No kidding. The size of the room was spacious, the towels were large and soft, the bed was plush. The hotel and staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was more than I expected or experienced before.”

• Only one bed in room - other bed was a pull out sofa.

“This is an excellent hotel if you need it for an extended stay. We only needed it for one night and it still worked well for us. It has a nice full-sized fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a two burner stove. There are dishes and cups and a coffee maker - all in the room. We didn't use most of this, since we were just there one night, but had we stayed longer it would have been nice to have the conveniences of home in your room. This hotel offers a hot free breakfast buffet which had lots of yummy food and some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the pool was a bit small but worked, and the location was close to where we needed to be and easy to find, since it is right off I35.”

• I enjoyed having the space in the rooms.
• I didn't like the fact that the hotel counted the sofa bed as a bed. I think they should explain the difference.

• Loved the convenience store by the front desk even if they didn't carry shaving cream.
• Having a "smoking" room is a nice option but I wonder why it has to reek of smoke? Even a smoker doesn't want to smell others' smoke in profusion!

“This place was great, all the comforts of home and reasonably priced too. Exactly the kind of experience I was looking for; I will stay there again or with the same company in another location.”

• Great rooms, frig/size/ breakfast, etc.
• Some staff wonderful others very negative and inappropriate behavior.

“I could not understand the person I spoke to a 2am to make my reservation; I think she was a sleep she mumbled allot. When I checked in there was a confrontation going on front porch between 2 people they looked to be employees and they were smoking, I had to go through them and then I smelt smoke all evening. During my stay several times I called front desk and was put on hold through your system and no one would ever answer. One evening I called for over an hour to ask a question and never got an answer. I stayed 3 nights Sunday through Tuesday and was never once asked was everything ok with your stay.”

• Easy to get to from the main highway -- close and convenient.
• There were very loud children in the pool past 1030 pm.

“I was treated very well!!! everything was clean and comfortable.; the location was awesome, I could see it's sign from the main highway and it was close to gas station grocery store and fast food places.. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it-- the only negative part was loud children playing and yelling up the pool too late at night.. I was on the third floor and still heard them very well. maybe they would consider closing the pool to very loud guest after 10 30 pm to let people sleep :)-- not the hotels fault-- the children were not supervised-there was not adult put there with them even though a sign had been posted about that.”

• Two rooms, w/ privacy lock between, kitchen facilities, free breakfast buffet.
• Wallpaper was peeling in places, provided popcorn burned despite using microwave as directed.

“Nice for the money, not very fancy but clean. Wallpaper was already peeling though in places, despite it being a new hotel. Good location, overlooked a ravine w/ trees on one side. Safe area, close to everything.”

• Friendly staff, nice amenities in rooms, like the big fridge.
• The AC in our room make loud weird noises sometimes during the night.
