• Hotel was dirty and outdated feel to it.
  

“Dirty carpet, noisy room, awful bedding, dirty bathroom and counters. It's a good thing we were only there for one night. They want to charge you for continental breakfast too!

• The room had everything we needed.
• Room service for meals too high.

“I was able to get this hotel at the last minute when I discovered the first hotel I booked was a 2 star hotel, yet the facility was poor, so when we booked this one I was taking a chance, yet I was impressed and my husband was too, and we enjoyed our stay very much.”

• Convenient location with lots of restaurants close by.
• The amenities in the hotel are sparse.

• The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable and with nice quality linens.
• The floor was divided smoking and non-smoking and the smoke traveled to the non-smoking area.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room, complete with kitchenette, met all my needs and was extremely comfortable. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to leisure and business travelers.”

• The staff acted as if they were doing you a favor to help you they charged the price $15.00 per night for 2 beds.

“They failed to clean room after the first night. We were not in the room from 8:30 to 11:30AM.At about 1:00PM When had visitors & was getting ready to leave, the maid showed up and cleaned the room in a hurry. Later when we ask for the room to be cleaned the front desk informed us that the maid left at 3:00 pm and we had refused service. It was our responsibility to set up a time with the maid to come back to clean the room. This would have extremely difficult as she spoke no English. They made no attempt to service the room. The pool and hot tub was closed & green it had to have been closed for an extended period of time. We called before arriving and requested two nonsmoking rooms. When we arrived we were charge an additional 15.00 per night for an upgrade. The Hotel was in no way near what I booked.”

• Great breakfast, nice room, plenty of beds the 2nd night.
• Swimming pool not usable, disappointing.

“Arrived at 1:00 a.m., the room we got had a king size bed, we had 5 people. We were told that the motel could not change it. But, the next morning, after discussing this with the front desk, they were able to move us up to a bigger room for a small fee and the next night was much better for the kids. They did give us 2 free breakfast coupons plus two of the kids ate breakfast for free--that was nice.”

• I loved the large TCB room even though I wasn't there for business.
• The breakfast buffet was totally unorganized and was out of food. The waitress was more interested in getting your bill to you than the food service.

“Overall this is a lovely hotel. Don't do the breakfast buffet!”

• The Staff was very helpful.
• Nothing to say.

“Well it was my wife and I first Wedding Ann. At first I was not to happy with the view I was given but the staff an d I came up with a great solution. The same accommodations with a view of the pool was great. It really made our visit that much more romantic. I'm sorry I can't remember the girls name that helped me but she should remember me. ”

• The vanity in the room with the beds and the bathroom fan very noisy.
