“Dirty carpet, noisy room, awful bedding, dirty bathroom and counters. It's a good thing we were only there for one night. They want to charge you for continental breakfast too!

“They failed to clean room after the first night. We were not in the room from 8:30 to 11:30AM.At about 1:00PM When had visitors & was getting ready to leave, the maid showed up and cleaned the room in a hurry. Later when we ask for the room to be cleaned the front desk informed us that the maid left at 3:00 pm and we had refused service. It was our responsibility to set up a time with the maid to come back to clean the room. This would have extremely difficult as she spoke no English. They made no attempt to service the room. The pool and hot tub was closed & green it had to have been closed for an extended period of time. We called before arriving and requested two nonsmoking rooms. When we arrived we were charge an additional 15.00 per night for an upgrade. The Hotel was in no way near what I booked.” Aug 23, 2006 by

“Arrived at 1:00 a.m., the room we got had a king size bed, we had 5 people. We were told that the motel could not change it. But, the next morning, after discussing this with the front desk, they were able to move us up to a bigger room for a small fee and the next night was much better for the kids. They did give us 2 free breakfast coupons plus two of the kids ate breakfast for free--that was nice.” Jul 6, 2006 by

“Well it was my wife and I first Wedding Ann. At first I was not to happy with the view I was given but the staff an d I came up with a great solution. The same accommodations with a view of the pool was great. It really made our visit that much more romantic.
